I called Duct Masters late in the afternoon on Friday and had the luxury of speaking to the owner, Roger who is an absolute gem. Since moving into a new house and undergoing endless renovations we had to hold off on cleaning the ducts and now that our son is coming any moment now we had to get the ducts cleaned before we can bring him home. I had never called for such a service before, and had no idea what to expect but after calling and hearing about how passionate he was about his business, and how him and his son tackle all their jobs together it's more of an honor for us to hire them. Today we had Jeremiah and Dylan (another father son duo that has been working for Roger & Chad for the past few years). They came in and walked space and got right to work. They were so mindful and clean about everything they did. They tackled each room and were in and out without a trace. We were able to pay with a card at the end, they also accept checks! Thank goodness we had a smart dryer that stopped working because of the clog.
