I reported this to Ack Ack and after a review I was told the tree looked fine, this after most of the leaves had fallen. An Illinois office of Agriculture saw the leaves and determined it was apple scab and I received a diseased tree. I was told nothing would be done and to wait until next year.It would probably recover if I sprayed it several times. Again I was told that the tree looked fine. I would caution any buyer to avoid rhis vendor. If the tree is healthy all is okay, but if you have a problem, they do not respond to help or replace diseased items. I can only give Ack Ack one star. Buyer beware.

I had a problem with my 24" two-stage self propelled snow blower. I can barely move it without the…read morepower assist. I tried contacting repair services getting responses of bringing it to their shop to oops, no response. I contacted JL through yelp and got a preliminary troubleshoot finally also indicated the need to get it into his shop. Again responding that impossibility I was surprised with the response "do I need to pick it up". Do I need to continue? A response, a transport, of course the repair and full checkup and some pointers to better use and maintain the snow blower. Information strangely not found in the owners manual. Overall, a very positive experience and at (what I felt) was a very reasonable cost. If you are in need of a small engine repair do give John a call.

The lady on the phone diagnosed the problem immediately and checked to see if they could get a carburetor rebuild kit because it wa so old. They found one and I dropped the snowblower off, it was done and up and running like new in about 4 days for a really reasonable price. Very good customer service

The man (older, middle-aged) who helped me has no apparent gardening knowledge. Any time I ask him a question, his responses are along the lines of "that should be okay", or "I've seen that". Really?! He does not instill confidence at all. My next concern is that he changed the price on the tree I chose. On my 1st visit he was not sure of the price so he double-checked, and that extra step and discussion made the price very clear to me, and I still wrote it down so I would remember. Apparently, when he went back to the office (where the customer cannot see what he's doing), he wrote it up for $20 more than he quoted me. When I came back to get my tree, he told me it was $20 more than he quoted me before. Of course he offered to cancel my purchase, but I had already invested in the cost of renting a truck, so canceling and buying elsewhere would have cost even more. Unfortunately, they have been the only nursery I have found in the area that sells fruit trees so I have to go back (ugh!) and when I do, I will certainly make them provide me the agreed upon price in writing. Also, I will try to get help from the nice young man instead of the older man who clearly can't be trusted. Buyer beware. The only additional thing I will buy will be my fruit trees. I'll find another nursery for the rest of my landscaping.

He scheduled an estimate. After we decided to get the work done, he gave us work time frames. He listened while I explained what I liked and gave suggestions. When his crew arrived, they were very hardworking and cleaned up at the end of the day. Jay allowed us to choose materials and colors. He made a suggestion for the stairway that I liked. We went to solid stone. That caused us to go over budget, but it was a good choice for us. Once or twice I had a concern; he addressed the concern with his foreman, and I was pleased. Myer's Landscaping is very professional and sticks with the job to completion (barring bad weather, of course). I would highly recommend them if you want a quality job done.
