We are a local business owner and one of our customers wanted her vehicle detailed before she picked it up after we got done with everything else. We paid $500.00 for the deluxe package and we took it back twice (hour drive each time from our company) the soda and the dirt was still all over the dash and console. They said it was stains that came back, keep in mind we were not asking for a miracle simply to get what can be cleaned up done. The hubs we were told needed an acid wash (which was more money) we got the vehicle back to our company and took about an hour to actually clean the interior with just a rag and no the stains did not come back. took a rag to the rims and low and behold that came out too. They had the vehicle 3 days the first time 1 day the second time and we told them keep it as long as needed to make sure the job gets done. When we brought it back the first time a few people wanted to see what we were talking about that worked there and even they said it was unacceptable especially for $500.00, They did not offer a lesser price or even make it right. This USED to be a great detail company but NOT ANYMORE. We thought no way they would do this poor of a job on the deluxe package so that is why we brought it back and simply asked for what we paid for however that did us no good, we referred so many customers to them in the past but that will never happen again. Had they made it right we would have been happy just do the job they were paid to do but they did not do anything. I have not written a negative review before because I prefer positivity however this company has gone off what they started with on morals and work so need to warn people. read more

Customer service at Bulldog was exceptional! The coordinator, Rachel, was warm, prompt, and accommodating. Every technician was respectful and professional. The space was organized, vey clean, and nice! I took my new truck in because I spilled 2 gallons of Round-up (chemical) in the floorboard (back seats). I did my best to clean it but I wanted a steam clean and shampoo on the carpet. I called, they got me in immediately. I brought the truck up, and waited in the foyer area. They had WIFI so I was able to work from my laptop. They finished within the time they estimated. They even brought the extracted gunk they pulled out of the carpet to show me. If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped in the Waco location last Tues. to discuss and exterior hand wash and hand wax only. I didn't need the interior touched yet since it was a new vehicle. The guy told me it would take about 1.5 hours, the next available opening was the following Monday. Well I just finished the "wash". He walks into the office waiting room after only 20 minutes saying he was finished which seems very strange and too fast to me. I walk outside, and there's still bug juice and dirt all over the front bumper. I doubt there's any wax on my vehicle either. To say this place is one of the most expensive shops in town, the quality of their work is trash. I'm glad I didn't yet pay for the paint protection film I inquired about. Bulldog showed up!! Called these guys at 4:30 of Friday needing a boat detailed ASAP. They hooked me up with next day svc and killed it!! Cleaned it up like new, buffed out some scratches, and got her ready for me nice and tidy with a smile!! I can't say enough good things about this team. Asked for a detail on pretty dity vehicle. Quoted 200.00 for One of the metals? Silver i think. i expected at least a carpet cleaned. i got wash, vacum and wipe. Really bad preformance and commuication to exceptation. Imediatly drove car to another detailer to do what they didnt do. clean seats and carpet and grime on exterior. Terrible value and a complete waste of time. Really didnt seem to care that they underpreformed. Would have gladly paid more if i would have known that a 200.00 detail would leave the car this dirty. read more
