Edit: I was contacted by a very professional and understanding gentleman/manager this afternoon and very graciously apologized and hooked me up for the trouble. I do appreciate the individual respect which is why I will continue to do business with them I'm usually super happy with this place and I'm sure I'll continue to be a customer but tonight my cho*nies are in a was. Placed an order, to be delivered by 6pm it says. Ten after six they text cuz something was out of Stock. Half hour after that they tell me their driver had to go to Coachella first give him a few hours. Wtfh? I'm in pain and need relief now, or rather when I placed my order. I am displeased and wish I could get some kind of restitution for my trouble. read more

I've been here previously, it was just an okay experience. It's near my work, so I decided to try again. An employee barely managed to greet me, even though I had been in the shop for about 10 minutes. Not as attentive for budtenders compared to other shops. Other reviews say this is a pricier spot too, and looking over my receipt I paid more than what they stated would be my total. read more

Love this spot... great deals, always has top notch goodies.... But the security guard routine of leaving their chair (which is closer to the gated entrance) to sit or stand and watch you shop feels so intrusive! I mean... I don't mind a couple of them watching, , but I don't come in there dressed to the tens! I completely understand the safety issues, but damn! Lol! Happy holidays y'all! See you soon! read more

prices are a high compared to other dispensaries. Sucks because it's one of the closest dispensaries but i'd rather make the drive to OTC or Hightend in Ps. Plus the fact that you got security watching you(as mentioned in another review). They say they close at 10 but ig they close 5 mins early (i know some other dispensaries do too but they at least let you know that their last call is 9:55.) Also, when they have deals - the deals are really good compared to OTC or Hightend(they have good deals on more product rather than just a few items) read more

I made a review not too long ago and it got removed for "violation terms of services" even though management didn't agree with what was said. Since everything is "hybridized" any flower you ask about, if they don't know what it is, they'll tell you it's hybrid. Doesn't matter what you grab, and they don't know, it's hybrid. The owners have yelled at their employees for giving "discounts" talking about their employee was losing them on money, so when I asked for the 1st time discount, the young lady got yelled at for giving it to me. The dog Zaza, has jumped up and almost bit my face when I crouched down to pick something up. (Not his fault, should be trained a bit better) When I last went in, Bryan helped me out and he was amazing, the red head girl that was there that originally started helping me, I asked what the current deals were and she said "I don't know" and walked away and sat on her phone. Prices are alright, I genuinely only come here if my favorite shop is closed and if I don't want to drive far. I don't know what else to say, the 1 star speaks for itself. Owners need to work on their anger issues. read more

Long line out the door for the 710 sale but the security guard and the woman checking folks in kept the line moving. They were well stocked for this sale and I was able to pick up everything I wanted for 40% off. That's a great deal. Even though there are several dispensaries closer to my house, I will happily continue to make the drive to Catalyst Palm Desert. Highly (get it?) recommend.

Something similar to the Northridge or even Burbank mall when I first walked in. There's plenty of parking and a covered structure which is a major plus out here in the desert. The summer heat and walking back to your car after it's been sitting out, no bueno. For the two main departments stores, Macys on one end and JC Penny's on the other end. Macys also has a home store which you don't see as often. The other bigger stores, Dicks and Barnes and Nobles. Then inside you have the usual stores, nothing fancy. There's your usual H&M which is decent size, Victoria Secrets, Hollister, American Eagle, Tilly's, Bath and Body Works, Express and a few other retail store you would expect inside a mall. Nothing fancy but the usual. Then there's some small business which seemed like they're family owned. The mall isn't that big, a good length from one end to the other. I walked in on Mother's Day's for the first time which they were hosting afternoon tea right in the middle of the plaza. It was cute and raffles were given with prizes offered from the retail insides. In my opinion, it's a mall. Nothing major or special about it. You would think that if it is the only main mall in town, it should be worth it. But I guess it'll do.

After speaking with the owner, I learned this is a FAMILY OWNED business that recently opened, and I was one of their early customers. That made the experience even more meaningful. For my first visit, I tried the tuna wrap and it was AMAZING. The owner was PASSIONATE about the food and took the time to explain the menu and the value is great. You can tell there is real pride behind what they serve. They also offer WRAPS, FRESH SALADS, AND BURGERS, so there are plenty of options depending on what you want. The atmosphere was FRIENDLY, WELCOMING, AND FAMILY ORIENTED. If I am back at the mall, I will definitely come again. IF YOU ARE AT THE SHOPS AT PALM DESERT, GO UPSTAIRS AND CHECK OUT IT'S A WRAP. This was my first time at Ace Hardware as I usually (and begrudgingly) shop at Lowe's, but was advised by a friend that I'd have better luck here. I appreciated the smaller, cozier feel and was even able to find the aisle with bolts myself - but one entire side of the aisle was drawers and drawers of a gazillion bolts and screws. I was able to find a staff member to help me pretty quickly, and he set about looking for a match. It took him about 10 minutes but he did find a match, and then apologized for taking so long. I was overjoyed and said you're amazing! No way would I have found that little piece of metal by myself. I paid my 3 bucks and went on my way. I will definitely turn to Ace Hardware first for all my weird little hardware needs!

Bad location, poor offering, and a roach motel for exiting customers.

Wow! The view was not what I expected but it was cool. A very modern building on the edge of the desert that for some may be a little far but worth every bit. Great selection and great people a nice combo to start. and if you are a deal seeker, dig this. I found this dispensary because I was seeking a unique brand of pre-rolls. One of my favorites but hard to find. It was my very very lucky day because it was "a buy one get one free day" for this product. So I bought three AND paid for 3 BUT GOT 6 and these pre-rolls could be considered a luxury brand not cheap giveaways. Because I got so lucky it might e a few days but I will return.
