She pointed to the collection of donations, and said "look how much we have already" - what ?!? Didn't want to take anything we brought in, didn't listen, did not thank us, did not show ANY pleasantry what-so-ever. How can you treat a donor like that??? I don't understand why some of the volunteers are so nasty and irritable - don't do it if you can't do it nicely. Not hard.
