This was my second visit, and although I made a purchase the first time, my experience with them was the same. No help whatsoever except bringing boxes out from the back. I was reluctant due to the fit of a pair of $150 sneakers, loose in the heel, so I asked about return policy and was told 7 days. After I purchased, I was given a pad to try at home for the inside of the heel - why not when I was in the story???? After wearing them briefly at home, I decided it wasn't worth blisters, so when I returned to the store the next morning as I walked in, she said.."I thought so". Not hi, sorry to see they didn't work out - after the refund was processed, she said "there you go" as she put the receipt on the counter - not hope to see you again or something to that effect. I've been told by neighbors there is an employee who is nice, but that wasn't my luck. I won't be returning.

I got measured up and when I got up to the register I was shocked to see the price. It was double what Men's Warehouse charges (got married recently. I know how much they charge). I thought to myself, ok it's a small shop. I'm sure they make up for it with great customer service, something large corporations can't always do. Fast forward to August. I get a call late Wednesday night to come pick up my tux. I couldn't get there Thursday due to work, so I show up first thing Friday morning. I get handed my suit and get shuffled out the door. I request to try it on and that's where all the problems start. My jacket was like 4 sizes too small. The manager of the store begins his rant about how this is my fault because I didn't come in on Thursday. I tell him he needs to fix it and he said it won't be a problem because there's tons of material in the jacket. I took the rest of my crap suit and went home. I go back the morning of the wedding and "Moe" started looking for my jacket. I try it on and nothing was fixed. Moe confirmed my suspicions and told me it was my fault because I didn't come Thursday (again and again). I go through the wedding with a suit that was pilled and looked like it was dragged behind a pick up truck for a few miles. Of course I had to wear my tiny ass jacket that I couldn't button. I looked like Chris Farley wearing David Spade's jacket in Tommy Boy. Oh and on top of everything else, my shoes were two different sizes. Not shoe sizes, physical dimensions. One was about 3/4" too small. When I returned this sad excuse for a suit, I asked for a refund because services were not provided and I pretty much got told to go fuck myself. The manager walked out of the store right in the middle of a conversation. I spoke to the owner (I think?) and he said we would be getting an insulting amount of money back (which hasn't happened yet a week and half later) and they don't automatically give you back your deposit. How many people are they scamming for 40 bucks because they don't know better. Stay away and just go to Men's Warehouse. They have more resources and they give you a lot more time to make sure your suit or tux is right. These guys are just assholes. Plain and simple.

They have a pretty big selection from jewelry to clothes, glasses, sweaters, bags, etc. What is particularly cool is the imported food, snacks, and drinks they offer including iron bru. They sell Fox's jam'n cream raspberry and vanilla biscuits which are awesome. They also have refrigerated items which I'm looking forward to sample. The wool sweater I got from them appears to be of very high quality.

I witnessed an extremely inappropriate exchange between a friend and an employee at this location…read moretoday, May 15. My friend went to Loft to look for some new work clothes. What should have been a pleasant experience turned into something worse after she went to the fitting room. The woman "helping" her, an older woman with short blonde hair, decided that my friend had grabbed the wrong size. She then returned to the fitting rooms with a bigger size stating, "You got too small of a pants size. "I didn't want you to go into the fitting room and get discouraged", even though my friend had not disclosed her size to this employee, nor had the employee seen what she looked like in the pants. On top of that, why would she assume my friend is dissatisfied with her weight? Assuming she would "get discouraged" is completely ridiculous, as if she couldn't just be happy with the way she currently looks. Obviously, my friend was very upset. Not that it's anyone's business, but due to extenuating circumstances her weight has been fluctuating lately, and as women in this society, we are unfortunately all too aware and concerned about our appearance, and because of these factors it is already for her to go shopping in person as it is. This was extremely inappropriate for that employee to say, so much so that I cannot find the words to express how appalling I found this encounter. My friend, now feeling self-conscious due to this employee's careless and uncalled for remarks, decided she would say something to a separate employee to ensure this woman would not make any other young women uncomfortable in the same way. When she expressed patiently and calmly what happened to a different employee, all the employee had to say was "Oh yeah, she's very blunt" as if that makes it any better. The "explanation" was just a big old f*** you to my friend and this uncomfortable experience. I truly cannot believe I have to type this right now. Both employees offered no help to my friend and somehow, the second employee had the ability to make this trip to Loft even worse for her. Suffice to say, neither of us will ever be returning to this location and it remains to be seen if we will ever shop at Loft again. I suggest better training your staff in hopes that they don't continue to make insensitive remarks that will lead to a lack of business and ultimately the closing of this branch.
