If you need to get somewhere start walking because they wont show up, they just lie about it.We will be there in half an hour they always promise and never show up.I dont know how they stay in business.Unreliable,unprofessional! and if you ever call them back its just the blame game between the staff if you can get them to answer the phone.Dont waste your time or money.I have been thru this a couple of times with them.But rest assured it will never happen again!You have better chance of winning the lottery then getting to where you need to go. read more

All cab services in this town SUCK!!! None of them even operate at night anymore, and if you actually get an answer, they either tell you they're closed or they only have one driver on the road and he/she is booked solid with time calls. So now I have to use Uber, and I've heard very little good about it. All four of the local taxi services need to pull their heads out of wherever they're planted and get a clue. I don't ride with Bullet, but my upstairs neighbor's mother does. They pull into the parking lot at ungodly early hours, like 5 am and blaze their headlights into my bedroom window. I called management and asked them to stop this. Our parking lot is huge, with no traffic at these early hours. So a cab can pull up and wait in the lot without blocking traffic. My wife made an appointment for a ride for us to the airport with a pickup at 430 am. Not only did no one show, they never even called, so we ended up driving. In the last year Bullet Cab has started computer time appointments to ensure prompt time call service. We pride ourselves on being on time. Granted, we can not control road conditions and traffic flow. We will do our best to make it on time. We are in the process of updating our taxis to newer models. And contracting more drivers. Literally took a few hundred dollars from me when I called about it disbatch and they were extremely rude. Obviously took the money n split it. When I called and asked if I dropped anything they immediately said they had already searched the vehicle prior to me calling which doesn't make sense and said that they found nothing in there so obviously they found my money read more

Drivers and dispatch do not value their customers at all. Customers are treated as nuisances, as employees are rude and voice their frustration about being overbooked, etc. Experienced long wait times just to have driver treat me like it was my fault personally. Use as last resort only. read more

The only positive thing was the promptness. The driver was heavy on the accelerator and brake, took several personal phone calls, got into a yelling argument with another driver over the speaker phone, and took out/looked through a binder while driving causing him to swerve over the center line several times. My 85 year old mother and her friend called this cab service to go to Walmart 6 blocks from her house. The driver shows up with her boyfriend who refused to sit in the back seat because it is too difficult for my mothers neighbor to get in the back. So they couldn't get groceries. read more

Do not use this cab service!! On Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2023 at approximately 315am M. Olson (driver) from Bullet Cab picked up a guy from the hospital with instructions to bring him to the nursing home he resides at. Aware of the situation nursing home staff watched front door for their resident arriving in cab. You'd think anyone with a brain would know that if your picking someone up from hospital and bringing then to a nursing home you might want to assure someone is made aware you have arrived or you should wait until person is safely inside. They did none of that but what they did do was LEAVE PERSON IN PARKING LOT AND DRIVE OFF!! COULDN'T EVEN BRING HIM TO THE FRONT DOOR!!! THIS CARELESS SELFISH ACT BY DRIVER RESULTED IN PERSON FALLING IN PARKING LOT, STRIKING HIS HEAD AND BREAKING HIS ARM. HIS YELLING IS WHAT ALERTED NURSING STAFF TO HIS CONDITION!! We live in Wisconsin and it's winter, this could've resulted in a much worse outcome. Horrible horrible horrible. I called for a cab to pick my friend up in Tomah at McDonald's. The female dispatcher told me that she was sending a cab. An hour n a half later my friend called back and said a can never arrived. I called the cab company back n the driver told the dispatcher that first he went out there and didn't see my friend. Then his true story came out that he never went out there because he didn't know if my friend had the money for the cab ride. Y would we call for a cab at 1am if we didn't have money for her to be picked up. The McDonald's our in Tomah the manager looked at her video and let me know that NO CAB EVER SHOWED UP. The dispatcher said she was sending a cab back to Tomah. N guess what. THEY NEVER SENT THE CAB BACK FOR THE SECOND TIME. The driver took me on a longer route than was needed, then blamed construction when I asked why. Not true, and it doubled my fare. The car had a broken side mirror, seatbelts that didn't work, and one blinker light was out. Know your route and let these guys know where to go if you use them. read more

BULLET CABS have been reliable and friendly. It's a newer provider, but I have had great luck with them on four occasions. I hope that they will set up a listing on Yelp; most of the services listed under taxis in La Crossr are defunct. read more

Called and reserved a van in my name for 4 travelers at the airport. Arrived on time a airport, Taxi was outside waiting and before we could get to the taxi another person got in and they drove off. Now this was a van...not a sedan. Had to scramble to find a ride home. Then a half hour after the reservation time another van showed up and we were told that he had just been called for this reservation. This is twice bullet has messed me over with reservations. I called for a cab around midnight on a Friday. The cab arrived very quickly, it was very clean, the driver was friendly, and the rates were very reasonable. I would definitely use Bullet Cabs in La Crosse again. read more
