I was confirmed two days prior to a different location less convenient by text message. I was told that they were not open until ten. In fairness, the local attendant arranged to meet at 9ish. Upon arrival, they only had ten foot trucks available. The on boarding process took 45 minutes and several iterations. And the adjusted price was different than quoted. So in sum, I ended up with THE WRONG TRUCK AT THE WRONG LOCATION AT THE WRONG TIME WITH THE WRONG PRICE APPLIED. Besides that, they nailed it. The one positive was that the truck we did get was new and clean. I will say that Travis, the local attendant, did his best but the issues seemed to be uhaul system issues, not his doing.

He said he'd make it right and said that he wasn't a crook, but he cashed the full payment and never gave us a discount. we were waterless, heartless and miserable.
