Literally the man said we could either look around and look thru the catalog to find He took down the names of our groomsmen and that was ALL the help we recieved. Even when we asked questions he ignored us. We finally said we won't be needing any tuxes and he said okay! My mother said there is a thing called customer service and he scoffed at us! he was no help whatsoever. As we were looking thru the books he was doing receipts or something and then hanging out in the back. we are going with mestads. they were helpful in us finding a tux and they are even delivering all the tuxes to WINONA. Wedding planners sucks and from what i've heard they honestly shouldn't be in business anyway!

Stopped in to the Service Department Monday morning shortly after open. I explained to Mark that I had a FOB issue last week and now the horn honks when I "lock" the doors But the doors aren't actually locking. Mark ran several scenarios... locking it from different areas in the bay..... of course, never repeated the issue for him. Due to no fault of his own, Mark was unable to help me. I very much appreciated that he declined to charge me $150 by running a DTC(?) or DCT(?) check on it, but that wouldn't guarantee he would find an issue, since there wasn't one he was seeing. So I said I would be in town a few more days and if the issue arose again I would be back. Thanks Pischke for attempting to correct an issue for not taking my money for an issue you didn't see at the time, and Mark for the friendly service.

We stayed in the bottom floor apartment as it has a full kitchen and since we were here more than a couple of nights, we decided we needed a place to cook up lunches and dinners. It's a great space with an exterior entrance. We quite enjoyed our stay and the innkeeper Richard. He was attentive, informative and very welcoming. Whenever we plan to return and visit our daughter, we will be back to stay at the Alexander Mansion and have the classic breakfast ice cream sundae. Awesome place.
