I rarely ever put any contractor recommendations on social media, so this is really an exception from my own rules My Atlas Chalet shingle roof (defective and discontinued) had windstorm damage at the end of 2017, and Zach Cave of BulletRoof (c.678-333-6707) came over to inspect it. He captured photos of all damages (under my watchful eye, as I heard all these horror stories), explained my options, recommended full roof replacement, and assisted me in filing insurance claim. The process was smooth, and BulletRoof seems to have lots of experience working with insurance companies. The insurance adjuster was able to verify roof damage and approve the claim. Within days, the roofing crew was replacing my roof. They placed tarps on anything that could potentially be damaged and had crew member clearing debris from shrubs/bushes throughout old roof removal process, so nothing would get damaged. At the end of first day all debris were cleared and tarps placed in the area behind fence. Second day started from placing tarps shrubs/bushes again, and in few hours roof replacement was completed. Roofing crew then used hand rakes and magnet-sweepers to make sure there are no small pieces of debris or roofing nails left in work areas. Zach also came with even more powerful rolling magnet to do "final" sweep. My new roof looks great and I am very impressed with BulletRoof and Zach Cave (c.678-333-6707), roof consultant! read more

I reached out to two different roofing companies to have my roof inspected after developing a leak and BulletRoof has by far been the better choice. I have been working with Alex Sanders and he has been a pleasure to work with. He came out for the initial visit, performed an thorough inspection, provided a detailed estimate and even offered worked with my insurance company to help them properly cover the replacement. Bullet Roof replaced my roof November 15th, 2017. Paul Hoffman was my roofing consultant: he stated the 2 items I had to deal with was writing the check for my deductable, and picking the color of my shingles; true to his word these were the only things I had to be concerned with. The crew had a slight delay on the starting day, more resources were allocated and showed up and maintained the schedule. Roof was completed on schedule, job site was cleaned up very well, and my new roof looks awesome. BulletRoof and Tommy Falk are great. All work performed as requested and Tommy goes above and beyond what you would expect. He keeps in constant contact with the client. He helped with the insurance payment showing the adjusters damage that was not just to the roof or gutters. He came to the job site multiple times during the 2 day job and even helped to move plants and furniture that had to be moved to get the roof done.
