Clark bros came out to fix a leak in a bedroom ceiling by putting a cricket and cap on my chimney. The leak was not repaired by this and when I brought them back out here to address it, they wanted to charge me more money for fixing what they should've done in the first place. Now I have another roof company out here showing me where I have numerous leaks in the ceiling. So they didn't fix what they were supposed to nor did they address any other issues in my roof read more

Clark Brothers Roofing came out to our home after we had a very bad storm with high winds and heavy rain. This was late September 2024. We noticed Sheetrock on the floor in our front bedroom. We then noticed water dripping from the ceiling. After calling, Myles arrived later that day and took a look on our roof as well as climbed around in our attic. He made the assessment that potentially fasteners in our portion of the roof which is metal may have water leaking around them. He also noticed a gap in the siding plank top board which is under the overhang of the front dormer. He came back on a later date and sealed around the fasteners as well as along the top siding board under the dormer. He recommended that the other side dormer top board should be tacked on better and then sealed. He said not to hesitate to call back if after rain, any additional leaks were noted. While here on his initial visit, he offered to put up plastic in our attic to catch any water leaking but we said we won't do any ceiling repairs until the roof repair is complete. We would just be watching for any leaking. Fortunately, since the leak occurred, no significant rain had fallen. Each time Myles was here, he was pleasant, very informative of what he observed, and what he planned to do. We felt that he was honest and trustworthy and felt like we would not be sorry for choosing this company. We would highly recommend Clark Roofing to anyone having a roof problem. If you want a quality, honest, and trustworthy company that stands by their work, you should call this one. Our neighbor had used them before and recommended them to us. We are very glad they did. Very happy with the entire Clark Brothers team! Stefan provided our initial quote and was very responsive with each subsequent iteration as we amended it 4x. We received 4 bids and CB was in the middle on price, but #1 in professional knowledge, responsiveness, and business savvy. Prior to work starting, Monico came out to out property and did a thorough walk through detailing the entire process. We had 3 new windows installed, 800 sf of James Hardie cement siding, and the entire house painted. The estimated time to complete the job was off by about 50%, but they worked diligently every day and DID NOT rush. The work was quality and in accordance with all local and state codes, as well as the James Hardie technical manual! We received personalized attention throughout the entire 3 week process. Mitch, our PM was on site 2x daily and took comprehensive notes and pictures to ensure all of my requests were addressed by the subs performing the work. Micah, the owner, came out one day to walk the project and check in on progress. That is the CB difference - personalized attention from a veteran owned family business. I was having a problem with a leak in my dinning room. I called Clark Brothers Roofing and Construction upon recommendation from my son. When I called, I got an immediate response and was able to schedule an appointment with representative Myles Janess. Myles was thorough in determining the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote. We were able to schedule appointment the same day to repair my roof a few days later. Repairman was right on time and was finished with repair within three hours. Myles came back to check on work a little later. All was good as a heavy rain and wind tested the work the next day. Clark Brothers [CB] was one of six outfits that we called / solicited quotes from for a project that initially started out small; replacement of gutters and downspouts, but quickly grew in scope. We found CB pricing to be congruent with all of the vendors, but ultimately decided to work with CB given (A) their willingness to explain the extent of the work to be performed and (B) we felt most comfortable working with our primary contact; Scott Steffens who was with us throughout all facets of the project. As mentioned the project quickly grew in scope; partially by design and partially out of necessity given underlying issues that were uncovered once the work began. Throughout all aspects of the work we were kept informed via a wide variety of methods; text, photos, video. This was especially critical as the Property Manager for the project was 1100 Miles away. The project lasted approximately 2.5 months from start to final payment and throughout the whole process; Scott Steffens and Monico Hernandez were accessible and a pleasure to deal with. It is also worth mentioning, the CB personnel on site each day were always very cordial and friendly. Several roofing companies came to give me an estimate; however, once I talked with Alejandro and met with him, it was an easy decision as to what company to hire. We ask Clark Brothers to come out and give us a roof quote on a commercial building. They sent a guy name Boaz. Boaz seemed to know what he was talking about. He stated we will have a quote ready in three days. Well three days past and we still have not received a quote. We called his phone number and it when straight to voice mail. So we called the office and they stated we had to wait on Boaz and he is out of town. I don't understand why our information was not passed on so we could get our roof quote. Maybe Boaz should be the owner of the company since all reviews have his name on them. I would not use a business that cannot provide a timely quote because if we had problems we will be under Boaz mercy. read more

We were in the market for 6 inch gutters and a mesh gutter guard that would keep the pine needles out of our gutters. We had 5 companies bid on our business, and when Micah Clark sent over his quote for the entire job, I had to ask him if this quote was just for the gutters or the gutter guards. His quote was for both, and it literally as $575 lower then the lowest bid we received. In fact, one national business came out and tried to tell me their mesh gutter guards are one of a kind and are the best on the market. Micah showed us his guards, and I could not tell the difference between his and the nationally known company. I asked Clark Brothers Roofing to fix a couple of shingles that I thought I repaired incorrectly. Instead, Micah Clark came to my house, crawled through my third floor crawl space and found that my vent boot was installed incorrectly and leaking. I contacted Boaz Clark on a Tuesday evening. Met him the next day and went over details. My insurance adjuster had already approved the roof. I picked my color, was offered and given a 2 step upgrade from the old roof. The Clark Brothers Homes had a crew out the next morning. The roof was completed by 6pm on Thursday. I could not find one piece of old roofing material or nails when I did a 360 walk around my home. Boaz personally climbed the roof one last time to paint the top of my chimney with a rust proof paint.
