I stopped in here for a quick last minute gift. Not only was it a few dollars more but MORE THAN DOUBLE! I love supporting my local businesses and always will but will never step a foot back into this place. I was the one who made the mistake of the purchase as needing it at the last minute. But the least I can do is save someone else from making the same mistake. Hopefully this business realizes they make their money from the locals and hopefully they will make an effort to correct this.

Located beside Publix in City Center (Tampa Palms), it's open from 10 AM to 9 PM all seven days. Staff is VERY FRIENDLY-- Marcus, who is the resident expert on booze; funny, older Mike whom I have had the pleasure of teaching w/; and younger Mike. ALL three are friendly & helpful. (There may be other staffers, but on my 5 visits, these are who I've met & w/ whom I've spoken.) Check out the PICS. Should you want stocking stuffers, there's a front, center bin of mini alcoholic beverages that start @ $1.29. There are additional mini bottles behind the counter-- all under $4, if I recall correctly. Cigarettes are also available. Patrons can opt for Delivery (in as fast as an hour) as well as pick-up. Publix Liquors follows the same sale schedule; there are new offerings weekly (Wednesdays). This past week included Sugarland's Sippin' Cream (liqueur) @ just under $22 a bottle; it was a BOGO. Dark Chocolate Coffee, Banana Pudding, Strawberry Cream, & Butter Pecan were the choices. I also picked up Luxus Fine Vodka on sale, as well as Bailey's Almande (made w/ Almond Milk). I've purchased many other alcoholic beverages from this location. Whether it's wine, beer, spirits, accessories, gift bags, cigarettes, and/or lottery tickets you want, you'll likely find each here. Alcoholic Gift Sets are also available. The shelves are excellently organized & labeled. Upon checkout, bottles are packed in the standard Publix brown plastic bags, but cardboard dividers are added. Should you require a restroom, you'll need to go into the Publix store next door. Publix offers a liquor store DDISCOUNT. Purchase eight or more bottles to receive 10% off. Applies only to regularly priced bottles size 750 ML, 1-L, & 1.75 ML. It excludes Specials. Cash, checks, credit, debit, & NFC mobile payments are accepted. Pick-up is available, as well as delivery; delivery can be w/in an hour. Definitely a convenient store for me, but the bottle sales, friendly staff, & organized shelving is why I continue to shop here.

The selection isn't bad either. But I've been twice now and I don't think I'll go back. I've notice the prices here are significantly higher than competitors and that's just not right. I'd rather drive further down the road and get the same selection for a way cheaper cost. Service is nice and has asked if I needed help looking for anything or if I needed suggestions. I love when I go somewhere and hear this. I like to change up my whiskey and bourbon and like to see what's new. As for layout it's a liquor store. It has all the advertising banners and displayed that one should.
