The people were nice, BUT...I had ants continuously weeks later. When I asked them top come back and fix it, they told me that since I only got a one time treatment, there were no guarantees and I would have to pay for another visit or a subscription. I went out and bought $20 worth of poison at the supermarket...lo and behold, no more bugs. Save your money or get a subscription, but DON'T get a one time treatment. read more

What a great pest and termite company! We contacted them after our prior bug company kept missing scheduled appointments and our bugs wouldn't disappear. Simply put, they do a great job, come regularly as scheduled and don't do any surprise treatments! Most recently, we asked them to come look at an area with carpenter ants. They said they would come out for a free estimate and inspection to see what options we had with the situation. It turns out that they inspected the entire house and detached garage and while it turns out that we have termites in the garage, we would have never known that had they not taken it upon themselves to do an entire house inspection. We highly recommend this great company not only for their expertise but also for their professionalism in the business. read more

Can't deny the friendly and fast service, but for some reason I've been having my home sprayed month after month and I still have the same problem I had before. I keep being told to pay 150 dollars for a special Bomb they want to use to exterminate the roaches but I'm having a hard time even trusting that it'll work I've spent hundred with this company and still see roaches in every room every single day. read more

I was referred to them by my realtor who also uses them for some of her rental properties. They have been wonderful and I signed up for the annual quarterly pest control service and i also used them for the flea treatment and have had no issues w them. It's been almost a year now and plan to continue my services with them. Brittany seems to be the one I speak to every time for scheduling and she has always been friendly and returns your call promptly if a message is left. There have been 2 guys in particular that are assigned to my area (Spring Branch)for the services and have always been very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in the type of roaches and give very helpful advice to combat the issue. I've been using this company for nearly 10 years, and they are always amazing. Anytime I need them, they come out, easy to schedule with, easy to talk to. We had a mouse and I was so freaked out about it, I called Bullseye and said I needed them to take care of it but I didn't want to know ANYTHING about it because it gives me nightmares. :) As weird of a request as that was, they came out and took care of the issue, gave any details to my husband and left me in the dark, ha. They are family owned and just a group of amazing people, and the pest control WORKS. Just this morning Ruben stopped by for my quarterly service. I have a sick kiddo this morning and after being up all night everyone was finally sleeping. I opened the door half awake and explained the situation. He was absolutely accommodating did the treatment both outside and in my garage as quiet as a mouse (pun intended), left the receipt on my door and closed my garage door on his way out. Because they are family owned and operated, they know how important those small things are. When we started with them, Derrick Martino (founder) was still treating homes and was so warm and friendly.
