Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

Bulwark reached out to me right away. I viewed their Yelp page and they not only had stellar reviews for but were also running a $100 off the initial service special. They also came with a Yelp backed guarantee. I spoke with them and a few other companies before making my decision. Mostly through texts conversations. Very easy, and without pressure. Bulwark was willing to come out the same day, which was a Saturday and despite me reaching out late in the afternoon. After finding out about their excellent prices, as well as their great reviews, service special, and overall what they had to offer in comparison to others, I made an appt with them for the following Wednesday. The service tech, George/Jure called me close to 8AM to let me know he was 30 min away. They had given me a 8-11AM window so I was impressed he'd arrive closer to the earlier end of the timeframe. George arrived right on time, was super kind, professional and had a calm presence about him that would put anyone at ease. He got rid of all the wasp nests. I thought I had 4 or 5. He informed me I had like 10! Whoa! He also preventatively treated the inside of every room of my home, as well as my front and backyards, windows, doorways, and front entrance area. Bulwark uses strong products that are kid and pet safe. The products also smell great, kinda like essential oils. The smell lingered after George left and for several days thereafter so I felt like I got my money's worth, if not more and I haven't seen one critter yet. It wasn't a strong smell but a smell that lasted a while. Regarding their prices, they're super inexpensive, a little over $40 every few months. Very budget friendly. I'm thrilled to have found Bulwark and have so much peace of mind about my home being free of bugs and pest. So far, Bulwark has met all my pest control needs: great cost, great service, and safe products that effectively get the job done. I looked for a company to remove and treat the affected issues. I could see two areas when they came out they found one more. We assume it was raccoons not in the attic nor crawl space. First time having this issue but it's been resolved. I am a bit concerned since it rained last night post cleanup and treatment. I'm hopeful it solves the issue and I won't need to address again. There are no pictures post cleanup. I documented photos of what I saw to get an idea if I was calling the right company to handle.

Brian Williamson the sale rep told me that your company have the tools to eliminate my rodent problem. He quoted us $8,000.00 with $1,585.00 as a down payment & the rest would be financed. I called Brian letting him know that I now have the down payment. Instead of him returning to our home to collect the payment & have us sign the contract, he decided to forge both our signatures. Mind you, I gave him Karen Reese & he sign KRB and JB. Since June 27th, he is unreachable. Terminix technical came to seal the holes around the perimeter and the roof to prevent entry. Then came out again to lay a sticky trap in the attic, stove, pantry and garage. He have yet to seal the hole inside the house. After Hurricane Beryl, the sticky traps were empty. I asked if there's something much stronger than the sticky traps. He stated he will asked his supervisor. When the technician returned the second time, he place rat traps from Walmart on 7/19/24 and told me that his supervisor wouldn't approve of anything stronger due to the Humane Society, REALLY? Do those who are a part of the Humane Society cohabitate with mice, rats, & rodents? These things multiple worse than rabbits. Rodents are destructive and serve no purpose in one's home. Would you pay $1,585 down and finance $6,340.10 at 18% for a rodent epidemic inside your home. The technician laid down sticky traps which the rodents out smarted that and then they laid down five large wooden rat traps throughout the house and attic. Unfortunately, the rodents didn't take to the large wooden rat traps neither. Terminix, what are you going to do about the $8,000 problem? I will seek a lawyer of my choice to sue Terminx for the forging of our signatures and the outrages price to eliminate rodents that are still occupying our home. BEWARE, DON'T CALL TERMINIX FOR YOUR PEST CONTROL PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY ARE UNABLE TO DO SO! Terminix need to stick to Termites only!

As he walking up, he saw the issues immediately. The very next morning, he had someone here installing cameras, one way doors and sealing the roof. Within 48 hours, we were able to catch multiple squirrels getting into the attic in several different areas we didn't know about. He has been constantly updating us with what he is catching on the cameras and is coming to seal the other holes we found tomorrow.
