They were very quick in their response and came by and looked at our issue. Our issue was a mound and a tunnel going into our house. I had mentioned being concerned about termites. Upon arrival the technician immediately diagnosed our problem as termites. HE did a verbal quote around 2000 however when I got the written" it was closer to 1K. Because this was a brand new house I called our builder very upset that the home that we just closed on weeks earlier was having an active termite investigation. In the meantime we had somebody come as a second opinion and the builder. Both separate independent parties were able to show these were fire ants. I wish I had just Google images to save them the time. I don't think it is possible for a professional to mistake fire ants from termites. I am not sure why this technician thought he would be able to get away with it considering it was brand new construction and most likely would have some kind of warranty which we did but still it's absolutely crazy how much stress at a minimum that his false diagnosis gave us. I do not recommend this business.

For a recent bimonthly appointment, a new technician arrived at 5:30 pm instead of the scheduled time. Clearly eager to leave for the day, he wanted to first check whether there was even a pest issue before deciding if treatment was necessary, rather than simply performing the service I was paying for. He also informed me that a complete service is typically performed every six months, which directly contradicts what the salesperson told me at the time of sign-up, when I was assured that complete service would be provided every two months.   Despite this pattern of incomplete service, Natran has had no trouble charging my credit card every single month without fail.   When I informed Natran that I would be out of town for an extended period, they refused to move my appointment up by even a couple of weeks, even though the result would be my home going over three months without any treatment at all, far beyond the standard service window I am paying for.   Reading through other reviews, it is clear that missed appointments, poor communication, and unresponsive customer service are not isolated incidents but an ongoing pattern with this company. I regret choosing Natran and would strongly encourage anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.

Ken could have sold me on a lot of work and I wouldn't have known any better but he was honest, gave me real information and never pressured me. I highly recommend them for any pest services. While I still have that contract with the big company, I will be calling Bug State for all future work. I would put 0 if I could. We hired these guys back in January to take over our pest care at 4…read moreproperties. We have NEVER gotten more complaints. Initially it was just a few, but then around March we got a bunch and asked for retreatment. That is when the excuses started. Instead of acknowledging the chemicals should be strong enough to last 3 months, we got told that we needed a monthly or bimonthly treatment instead (in 7 years of owning these properties they have never needed more than quarterly treatments), which of course was more costly. When the retreatment was completed they recommended a couple repairs to help prevent bugs getting in which we completed. We then started getting complaints at the other properties as well. These had no recommended repairs and instead we just kept getting excuses and told to upgrade our account to pay them more. Then after our 2nd quarterly treatment in April the wheels fell off. Nonstop complaints at multiple locations. They then started making excuses claiming they are a small family company and cannot commute to our properties (didn't stop them from quoting and taking my money mind you), and started blaming me claiming that the repairs we had already completed at 1 location somehow explained the nonstop complaints at 3 of the 4 locations they treat. They then cancelled the contracts and refused to come out and retreat the properties we had already paid for through the rest of the quarter, violating the agreement we had, and continued to insist I pay them more money for them to retreat. We now have a roach problem that we are going to have to have another company fix, after just 6 months of using these SCAMMERS. Use ANYBODY ELSE
