The screws on 2 of 3 pairs of shutters that I purchased also fell off and needed to be replace within a short period of time. The company is not honoring the guarantee of their work. The remaining 2 screws has taken their turn into falling out now. I have made quite a few calls to this office over a period of a month requesting for service. This office have been ignoring my request. I want to highly stress that the 2 remaining screws are the only items that's holding up my shutter now and the shutters are in high risk of falling. I got his name and number from my vet actually so I had to cancel the appointment because water was pouring out of my ceiling which I thought was a roofing issue from my porch. It turned out that it was a heating pipe that split. My daughter told me that the floor upstairs was soaked. I ran upstairs I pulled up the carpet and it was scolding to the touch. There was a lot of steam coming off the floor. I ended up calling the fire company going way over the extreme, but by that point I had already called Dale Rimmer. He ended up getting here as fire company was leaving ( which was 20 minutes ) He did explain on the phone that it was probably just steam coming off the floor. He remained with me at the house until I had somebody able to come out and fix the pipe( the fire company turned off my boiler as it was pouring water into my house). I'm also leaving a review for my Fire company. I've never needed them in all my years living here, but they were downright amazing and the same thing with the police downright amazing. I cannot be thankful enough for my community and the fact that Dale was the voice a reason and calmness in my crazy day.!!!

Several siding contractors we called said they only did siding. Dale said he had contractors that he has worked with for years that could do the stone work and build the new porch. Dale was involved during the entire process and the stone mason and carpenter he brought in were great. The porch and stone work turned out better than we expected. We also had a new flagstone walkway installed and our deck refurbished. The new siding, gutters and downspouts completed the makeover of our home's exterior. Dale was personally involved and was quick to answer and questions or concerns we had. All of the people took pride in their work and the results show it.

Their sales guy Rob missed my first appointment due to "car issues" the first time. No problem. We rescheduled to the next day. Rob did not spend more than 2 minutes in my home with the typical window guy "sales pitch" before abruptly and unprofessional walking out. You might ask why did Rob walk out? He did not like that I was educated on window replacement costs (from having family/friends do replacement windows already). When he asked what I think a fair price should be per replacement windows I answered him ($1000 -$1200 per window depending on options) and instead of disagree with based on real evidence/facts he walked out my front door without saying one word to me (and can be visibly seen from my ring camera shaking his head at me like I'm some kind of idiot).
