I dare to say my favourite coffee spot in Kalispell. Staff is super friendly and the store is very clean. Bathrooms were very clean which is always great. Lots of cool people here. Syrups are made in house....lemon vanilla hands down my favorite but then sadly it wasn't available anytime after the first time I tried it. Honey Cinnamon was second fave then sticky toffee was third, barely tasted it. I wish they would list the syrup flavors on the menu on the wall along with food because the menus are halfway through the line (there's always a line) or at the cash register. I'm just an efficiency kind of gal, that's all. I'm still trying to figure out the family situation who owns the place (I'm just a curious bird no pun intended), it was an interesting dynamic with some seeming to hustle each time while others chatting with friends during a rush. I had the avocado toast for lunch one day and it was priced low, $7, and enough to fill me up mid day. As for the atmosphere, the space was very cute and well laid out - there are plants and paintings throughout to bring color and joy. However, Carolers came in for about 15 minutes.. with brass instruments! I understand "tis the season" and I love the Christmas spirit, but I also don't want a trombone blasting music 10 feet from my table on a lazy Sunday morning... a little disappointed Ceres allowed them to do this, but I also don't want to be a Scrooge... I also got a cinnamon muffin I ate later and it was excellent. Did not taste gluten free/vegan. Eating gluten and dairy free, I've found most baked goods are disappointing, but these were amazing. I will absolutely be back if and when I'm back in the area.
