We left at noon. We heard this was a fluke and that something was going on in the kitchen both with how long it took and how things were prepared. So hopefully that's true. But honestly 2.5 hours for a sub par meal isn't worth a return for us. We ate here last year and it was better, but it still took forever and some of the food was still just ok. The service was good. The girls were accommodating and our server comped my meal and only charged me for the eggs I ate. But honestly the entire dish and more should've been comped as all our potato sides were inedible and were left. Disappointing.

Right now, the cream cheese is spread on both sides of the bagel, which makes everything in the middle really slippery. As soon as you start eating it, the egg and sausage tend to slide out. I think a better way to stack it would be cream cheese on the bottom bagel, then the sausage, then the egg, and finally the top half of the bagel. The sausage seems like it would grip the cream cheese better and help hold everything together. And to be clear, I'm definitely not suggesting using less cream cheese! Keep the same generous amount--or honestly, maybe even consider adding a little extra. Just put it all on the bottom so the sandwich holds together better while still having plenty of cream cheese. The workers are very nice and helpful. They could be a little better informed about the menu, but overall they're friendly and do a good job accommodating you when they're out of something. The shop itself is also very cute and has a nice atmosphere. Overall, I really enjoy Buzz and Bagels. The food is good, the staff is friendly, and with just a few little improvements, especially to how the Breakfast Bagel is put together, it could be even better!
