It involved completely gutting the upstairs bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, dining room etc... and developing an open floor plan. It also included creating an open floor plan for our downstairs study/family room. He and his team tackled this enormous job with the expertise and precision needed to complete an amazing quality of work. If I have time, I'll add a few pics of our first project. The second renovation project fall of 2025, included an entire roof replacement and installing two attic fans, repairing/replacing vents within our downstairs bathroom waterline and renovating our downstairs bathroom were among the areas that were addressed as well as other smaller projects. Similar to our first project renovation, he and his team maintained excellent communication throughout the project. Without wasting any time, the team member LJ quickly went to work and displayed his experience and knowledge in the field. When I asked questions out of curiosity about certain steps in the process of the repair, LJ explained the step by step and made it sound like an easy repair procedure. After completing the repair and delivering impressive results, LJ proceeded to give advice on preventing this mishap from occurring again as well as pointing out other errors in the property and explaining how it can easily be repaired. Since she's a member of Angie's List, she volunteered to look me up a few reliable plumbers in the area. The first name she gave me was Mr. Jackson from Reliable Home Improvements. I called him on a Monday and spoke to him about possible resolutions to my plumbing issue. We decided that Thursday morning between 9-9:30am would be the perfect time for him to stop by and inspect my issue. I remember that I specifically asked him if I needed to call him back to confirm my appointment with him later that day. He said, "no, I have you on my calendar, but if their is a problem, I will call you back." I thanked him and told him I'll see him Thursday. Well, Thursday rolls around and I didn't hear from, nor did I see Mr. Jackson. Extremely unprofessional! I worked from home that day, so thank God I didn't have to take off, but it was still an inconvenience. Why on earth is it so hard to find honest, competent and reliable plumbers? This is a give and take situation. I pay for a service, you fix the problem...plain and simple. I wasn't asking to fix the problem for free, I was a paying customer! Moreover, if he wasn't available, a simple call to reschedule would've been the proper thing to do. Two weeks to the day and I still haven't heard back from this company. Horrible customer service! Take it from me and don't even bother contacting this company. My sister suggested that I call him back, but I refused because it's plenty of plumbers in the area that are willing and able to assist me. I found one too, he fixed my issue lickety split and was very professional! One and DONE!
