We had a long list of things to get done before moving into a new house in Takoma Park. Nikola arrived on time and did all of the work quickly and with great care. He installed shower rods, secured toilets, and fixed doors. He was excellent at providing feedback on the job and for soliciting our decisions when needed. For example, one of our shower heads is taller than the others so he worked with us to figure out the shower rod heights that we thought were best. I hired Nikola today to install a tricky curtain rod with only 2" clearance in between the top of the wall of bedroom windows & the ceiling, to hang white, blackout curtains to block out the East facing sun, noise, and heat, and he did a fantastic job. He was very precise, using a laser level, given even the walls & windows in my apartment are uneven, so he worked around that in ways even I myself did not anticipate. (This is exactly why I hired a professional!) Also, he knew instantly, as he warned me over the phone, that the anchors that came with the curtain rod I bought were not the correct kind for my wall. They were for cement or brick, whereas my walls are drywall & metal. He came prepared with all the necessary drill bits, anchors, screws, and even a dust pan and mini vacuum to clean-up after his work! (My colleague in a different state is very jealous.)
