Jeremy and his team have completed so many renovations to our home. I'm ashamed that I haven't posted a review. Our first project was back in 2016 and it was a big one. It involved completely gutting the upstairs bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, dining room etc... and developing an open floor plan. It also included creating an open floor plan for our downstairs study/family room. He and his team tackled this enormous job with the expertise and precision needed to complete an amazing quality of work. If I have time, I'll add a few pics of our first project. The second renovation project fall of 2025, included an entire roof replacement and installing two attic fans, repairing/replacing vents within our downstairs bathroom waterline and renovating our downstairs bathroom were among the areas that were addressed as well as other smaller projects. I had a old, grungy bathroom that needed to be remodeled. I called Jeremy for an estimate and he came out to my house. He was very knowledgeable and had many ideas for my bathroom. Jeremy and his team (Abraham and Peaches) did outstanding work. After seeing the positive yelp reviews, we hired them to repaint many of the interior rooms in our home. Jeremy came out to do an price and time estimate. Then before the job started, Abraham and Peaches came by to confirm the work plan and provide additional input. They are both so friendly and engaging, it was a real pleasure to work with them. In one of our rooms, the line where the wall met the ceiling was very poorly done and had an obvious ripple. The team dedicated almost an entire day to fixing this mistake from previous workers. The wall is now flawless, as are all the other rooms. The work was finished on budget and ahead of schedule. Jeremy was great!! He repaired 2 storefront doors for a commercial building we manage. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He showed up on time and on date. Every time I call he either picks up right away or calls back as soon as he possibly can. Even after they repaired the doors there was a little problem with them closing because people at the building were closing them too hard. While we haven't had a chance to get work done by him yet, we recently had chance for him to come by to give us an estimate for work done by another contractor. The estimate was to help us determine how much it would have actually cost if the same work was done by an honest contractor as we were suspecting that the previous contractor was not honest and was charging us above and beyond what was acceptable as industry standard. Even though we explained that this estimate was not for work to be completed, Mr. Frazier still agreed to come out on a Saturday and gave us an estimate free of charge! As a business owners of 20 plus years, we know that the type of service and ethics Mr. Frazier gave and show us goes a long way.
