We moved into our home near Lake Travis on April 1 and signed up with Justice Pest for all the bells and whistles -- including their extra mosquito service -- expecting reliable protection and peace of mind. What we got instead was a complete nightmare. From the first visit, things felt off. The technician was in and out in record time. When I asked about the mosquito treatment, he literally said, "I'm not sure it's worth it to treat for mosquitos because of your property and the trees, but if you want..." Uh, yes -- the trees and the setting are exactly why we need it! That should have been the first red flag. After the initial treatment, our yard was still covered in spider webs -- all over the door frames -- and I found an expired wasp nest under a light fixture. Gross, but I figured maybe that's just Austin. (Spoiler: it's not.) To make things even more confusing, they told me the previous homeowners had also used them for treatment. How!? If that's true, why are there webs and nests everywhere? Why does it look like the place has been ignored for months? That comment alone made me seriously question what they actually do during visits. Three weeks in, I lifted a tennis racket in the garage and a huge cockroach fell out. That was it. I called, and they sent the same tech back. When I told him what happened, he looked me in the eye and said: "You live in Texas now. This is normal. You'll see them, even inside your house. If you keep calling me, I'll put you on a blacklist." Excuse me? That's your professional response? He sprayed again -- quickly and half-heartedly -- and left. I hoped it was resolved. Nope. When we moved here from LA, we both got brand-new cars -- year 2025, never owned -- parked in our garage. Soon after, I noticed spider webs inside my SUV. Took it to get professionally detailed. The webs came back. Looked closer at the garage door inside -- egg sacs and webs everywhere. I was still paying $89 a month for this "service." And then the final straw: driving this morning, three spiders came down from the ceiling of my car while I was behind the wheel. I nearly swerved off the road and went into a full-blown allergy attack. I cancelled Justice Pest the moment I got home. Pure laziness. No follow-through. Zero accountability. If you live in the Lakeway area -- save yourself the stress and do NOT use them. I've switched to Austin Pest and finally feel like someone is taking the job seriously. read more

I'm very happy with the service I received 2 days ago and I couldn't be happier with Nathan. He sprayed thoroughly and listened closely to what I was telling him regarding the pest that's I've been having trouble with. If that's what I say is premium service when someone listens to what you have to say instead of just bringing your home and not listening to anything you're talking about. Also I have a back patio that have problems as well and he sprinkled the area very carefully not harming my plants pets birds etc. They're also very clean they do not put dirt into your home they use covers for their feet and shoes. I like the fact also that he walked all over my property to see if there's any other problems and he did catch one which was my next door neighbors wall. I had Justice pest control do a termite treatment and I had no complaints.Today regular pest treatment was done and the clean-up job was horrible to put it mildly. I have spoken with the office and hopefully, they will correct the problem. Update. The gentleman that did the job at my house came back and corrected the problem. But more importantly, the owner of the company called me to make sure everything was taken care of. In my opinion, you can't judge a business on how they handle things when it goes good but on how it gets handled when it goes bad. We all make mistakes and I am not blame anyone for that. Really Great Service! Had some squirrels causing some serious problems in our attic space, I tried for weeks -- Jake came out -- assessed the situation, came up with a plan, and within a week -- problem was solved. He found and patched up the areas along my roof line, setup a camera, and setup a one-way door to to allow the squirrels a chance to leave on their own. Within a day, we had momma out -- and within a couple days all the babies followed. Can't say enough about the professionalism and attention to detail. The problem areas are all corrected -- squirrels gone -- and we can relax without all the noises overhead. Did I mention -- they also do a great job with bugs. read more

I can't say enough good things about David Cisneros. He was on time and explained everything thoroughly about what the yard would need to get rid of the mosquitoes. He explained what he would be doing and then did it. He said they have a 21 day guarantee and if it rains enough within the 21 days they/he will come back out and treat the yard again free of charge. The charge was reasonable. So far I have not had another mosquito bite since David treated the yard. Before he treated the yard, I was being eaten up with mosquito bites. We had a problem a couple of months ago with roof rats in our attic (gross but apparently really common in Texas) and Justice Pest was recommended to me. I couldn't be happier with the service we got from Ray. He located 6 possible entry points in the eaves and sealed them up with flashing and then painted the flashing black. Then he laid out traps in both attics. He came back for 4 times to check the traps, no rats were ever caught. They must have already been out of the attic when he sealed off the roof. I have been back up in the attic twice more since then and no sign of any visitors. I feel confident that he has our house completely sealed now. Great job! read more

We have used a couple of different companies over the past few years, and I've always watched everyone do the same thing. When Levi, the service tech from Justice showed up (on time), he was extremely polite and professional. I know this time of year is really busy for pest control services, but not once did I feel like he was in a hurry to get to the next call. We discovered termites swarming from our bathroom ceiling on Good Friday and immediately called three companies with good reviews. Justice Pest Services was the only company that could come out before Monday. Greg was so knowledgeable and confident that we had a hard time taking some of the other companies seriously. On our 3rd bid, the guy found something quite by accident that suggested more termites than we had thought, so we got a few extra bids. No one else discovered the 2nd location on their own, but even once I pointed it out, some companies were uncertain if that was indeed what it was. Greg from Justice made a second trip to take a look, confirmed it as termites, and established a trail that we hadn't seen even after all the other "experts," then he offered to spot treat the additional wall at no extra cost! Greg was polite, friendly, confident, and punctual all 3 times he arrived. Because the cement driller is so noisy, he thoughtfully asked about the baby's nap schedule when planning what order in which to complete his tasks. He worked fast and stayed well past 6 to make sure the job was complete in one day. Above and beyond! That is the only way to describe David at Justice Pest. We had a rat dead in our attic. It was well hidden, but David found it. He then sealed up all the possible entry spots. But the smell did not go away. David came back out within a day and determined another rat was dead. He also determined it was inside a wall. That did not stop David. He found a way to access the spot and removed the other rat! He did all of this with the best attitude ever! Justice, you better make sure David's happy cause I want him doing my regular service. There are so many good things to say about this company that it is hard to know where to start. I first became acquainted with Justice through Greg Trembath, who did the termite inspection on a house we were buying. Greg spent a lot of time with me explaining his findings and what they meant. i was so impressed that when we closed on the house, I called Justice and requested Greg to come out and perform the initial termite treatment. Greg is passionate about his job and thoroughly explains everything. The work was done in two phases - indoors and outdoors - on 2 separate occasions due to rain events preventing outdoor treatment. Both times, Greg called with his ETA and was prompt each time. He really knows his stuff and is very personable. Justice's rates are very reasonable. We have used these guys several times and have been very pleased. Most recently, we moved and had them come out and spray and they noticed evidence of a rat and quoted us a price to seal the house. We had them come do the work and when the gentleman (can't remember his name) climbed happily from the attic after having spent several hours in the austin summer with sweat-soaked shirt, mentioned how he drastically underestimated the job. Then proceeded with a very thorough job, even pulling out the dishwasher to seal behind it. But, when it was time to pay, he said it "was a learning experience" and honored his original quote.
