My request for initial service was answered promptly, and service was scheduled on the day I requested. The technician reviewed the problems I was having before he started treatment, then tailored the treatment to the problem insects. He explained what he was going to do, and addressed my concerns about the safety of my small dog and the wild birds that feed in my yard. He did a thorough job of treating all of the problem areas on my property and around the outside of my house. I signed up for quarterly service but was told to call if there were any problems in the meantime, and they would come back out and re-treat any problem areas. Care Pest Pros came to our rescue when we moved into a new build who's fire ants didn't wish to move out. They quickly got the situation under control and went beyond the contract to help us reclaim the garden as well. I was horrified to discover rats were getting inside my kitchen and eating food on countertops and in garbage under the sink. I called Care Pest Pros and they put bait stations outside and traps inside behind the stove. In just a few weeks, it looks like the rodents are no longer coming inside and are eating the poison outside & dying. Yay!! They are super friendly and very knowledgable. I highly recommend. Poor competence with four-leg pests. They might be able to handle ants and other bugs, but they butchered the job bad enough twice that I'm not giving them a third chance or taking them up on their six month guarantee. Care Pest Pros is by far the best pest control company we have ever used. The owner Kyle always answers his phone, and in the rare case he doesn't he responds back right away. They come back out to service with any request we have. The gentleman who does our service is Ray. He is by far the nicest and accommodating guy in the industry. He is always on time. My dog loves him and immediately goes to grab her toy for Ray to throw for her while he's completing his job. Ray doesn't seem to mind and lets her follow him around the house while he is spraying for bugs. We had a huge hornets nest the last time they came out that was on the second story outside. Last Saturday I called Care Pest Pros to help me with an outside rodent problem, expecting to schedule a time a week or two in the future. Kyle surprised me by offering to drop by in an hour for a free estimate. When he arrived he was super nice and professional and HELPFUL. He took the time to check the yard, the vents in our home, the roof of our patio, the whole nine yards. He then returned Monday to put bait traps out and spray the yard for general pest protection. When he was outside Monday the freak storm hit and he was drenched but he still took the time to help me bring in some items on the patio that were being blown around by the gusty wind. I expressed concern that my dogs might find sick rodents and be secondarily poisoned but he took the time to explain what that might mean, how much poison they would need to ingest and gave me the exact name of the chemical so I could research it. Turns out even my little dog would have to eat several pounds of it to be critically poisoned. This knowledge made me feel safer. All of this might sound routine to you but it went above and beyond my expectations. Expectations that I had based on previous experiences with other vendors and contractors. Even my dogs thought he was cool. One brought him a toy and demanded a belly rub, the other was turning circles ridiculously happy hoping to be pet. They gave their seals of approval and so do I. From the short relationship I've had with Kyle I can say Care Pest Pros are professional and nice. Kyle was wonderful! I've been hearing scratching in my walls and he came and pointed out the holes where rodents are getting in. Then he recommended I set traps to catch them so they're not trapped inside then patch the holes myself with expanding foam. Then he didn't even charge me!
