For an amusement park, this was a pretty darn good taco! I would absolutely recommend these! All the ingredients were fresh and flavorful! I got the carne asada but not the chicken. Next time I'll get both! I saw the flat top in the back of the truck, cooking all the meat to order so I was confident that it wasn't just laying around. Just a tip, the bottled water was particularly expensive here so buy water elsewhere before you get to the food truck. The truck itself is highly themed and fun! The service people were sad and stressed, I assume because they were really busy.

This is the best food option in the park! Yes, it's still park food, but honestly the chicken taco is not a bad taco (the steak was not, hence the star). They're also great with modifying for an allergy. I can't have gluten and they called in an "allergy specialist" to make me a taco on a corn tortilla instead!

The line was long but goes by pretty fast!! The Tacos were good and come with green or red sauce. I got the carne asada tacos and the beef was pretty big in the taco. I like how they come with two tacos and chips so it's light but filling!!

The chicken tacos were decent, but they didn't quite blow me away. You get two tacos along with a side of chips, and while the tacos weren't bad, I found myself enjoying the chips more than the chicken itself. The tacos were a bit bland, and the chicken was a bit dry, which made the texture less enjoyable. If you're craving something quick and simple, they'll work, but I'd probably look for something else at the park next time if you're after something more exciting or juicy.

Located in the Springfield/Simpson portion of Universal Studios. I really wanted to try a Krusty Burger but line was out door & looking it over just appeared be normal burger. Flaming Moe was on my list but alcohol and standing in long ride lines was not good combo. The smell drew me in to this stationary Taco Truck beside Chief Wiggem squad car. The tacos were very basic, cilantro, onion, small bits chicken. Included chips 1 salsa cup. Not long wait, quick bite, theme park low end prices.

Tacos-Carnitas~ The chips and salsa were delicious, tacos decent, but didn't really wow me. Worth it for the Simpsons themed taco truck!

My fiancé, my daughter, my dad and I decided to check out this taco spot for lunch. I ordered the Tacos-Carnitas. The chips and salsa were delicious, tacos decent, but didn't really wow me. Worth it for the amazing Simpsons themed taco truck design! 4/5 stars. I would revisit to try more menu items in a pinch for a quick bite to eat in Springfield, U.S.A.: Home of The Simpsons.

Carne Asada Taco - toughest meat you will ever eat.

Do not waste your money. Carne Asada was the toughest meat, I have ever eaten. Do not expect great service or great food. Food truck is cute though but that's it. Save your money and skip it.

The standard for food at Universal is pretty low, as much as I love the parks overall. Food is where they often fall short. Bumblebee Man is probably one of the better options, but even that statement should be taken with a grain of salt. A taco option is fun, for certain. You can get 3 different meats in your tacos, and they all come with a side of chips. I really thought the tacos were decent. Especially when you compare them with other food options in the park. Tortilla chips are also a nice touch, though a lot of them were rather soggy and you don't really get tortilla chips because they're soft. You want a good crisp crunch so that fell short. This is an okay option if you really want something while walking around the parks. The line can get long and it's slow which is also something to keep in mind. Bumblebee Man stings you in mostly the wrong way, unfortunately.

I ordered carne asada tacos, and they came out overcooked and tiny. I was so disappointed because they came out the size of a child's snack portion for $12.00. The tacos also came with a side of chips and the tacos had zero flavoring. The service was slow for having just reheat and burn the steak. The ambiance was that of a food truck style.

Highly disappointed in these tacos. I am an AP, so I came to Universal to get these tacos and to do a couple rides. I got the Korean Beef Tacos. It was really dry and it did not have much flavor. I wish I had some kind of salsa just to help get it down. You do get a side of tortilla chips, and again, some salsa would be nice. For the price though, I would rather go inside the food court and get a Krusty Burger or the Chicken N Waffle sandwich.

HubbyStanks and son are crazy about the Simpsons, so at Universal our family spends the most time in Springfield. I've had other foods here on visits and none were ever good. I decided you can't go wrong with Tacos so while my son and daughter were at the Simpsons attraction I'd order the Korean BBQ taco. The only reason this gets a 2 star and not a 1 is the fact that they actually offer a fusion taco. You get 2 tacos. Unfortunately they come in flour tortillas. The chips on the side weren't bad, but it would have been nice to have salsa or guacamole with them. The only other thing I liked about the taco was that it was topped with what appeared to be chopped frisée. Maybe it wasn't, but at least they were decent greens. It was a cute looking food truck.

Permanently located in Springfield Universal Studio's, this is a good stop for a small bite to eat. We shared an order of the steak taco. Two taco's come in a theme park cardboard boat along with some chips. Salsa is extra. This came up to $9. Average for two taco's & chips at a them park. This is a small meal for one person, or as I said, we shared this as a snack before moving on to another eating establishment in the park.

We had a good meal here during our recent visit through Springfield and the land of The Simpsons. The taco truck is a cute idea and offered waaay better food options than Lard Lad Donuts and Krusty Burger. My husband asked about the ingredients in the marinade due to his food allergies and the staff were able to rattle off all the spices and herbs in the marinade - quite impressive! They also provided us with a special menu to indicate what was gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, etc. This place is a great option if you have someone in your party that has food allergies! My husband had the Chicken Tacos ($6.99) with corn tortilla which came with a small side of corn tortilla chips and pico de gallo. The serving was a little small for the price, but for theme park food it seemed fairly reasonable. I had the Steak Tacos ($8.99) which came with gaucamole, pico de gallo, and shredded cheese. The menu makes it sound like these are fancy and upscale tacos - they're definitely not! But, they're tasty tacos and much healthier than the other theme park food options. Bring your sombrero, a small appetite, and enjoy the tacos at Bumblebee Man's Taco Truck! Just don't forget, this isn't a famous touring food truck so don't set your expectations too high ;)

I had been craving fresas con crema for the longest, and I ended up getting them almost every night that weekend. My favorite was the Fresas con Crema Raffaello. I will say, though, it can get pricey, so don't expect to spend just a few bucks. The fresas con crema alone were over $18 lol. The service really depends on which truck you visit, but for the most part everyone has been friendly. The atmosphere is super chill, there's plenty of seating, and they have trash bins throughout the area. It's mostly clean, although there are a few spots that smell like straight-up trash. They also have free parking behind Denny's and paid parking right next to the food trucks. Save yourself the $6-$10 and park behind Denny's, you can put that money toward a drink instead! I seriously love this place and will always make room for it in my itinerary whenever I'm in Orlando. The fact that they're open until 2 a.m. is just another bonus!

There's free parking across the street but it's a bit of a walk and we thought it was worth paying to save us from more walking in the heat. We do like supporting local shops/owners so for that, I think it's worth it. I also liked that it was clean, they had lots of tables with umbrellas and seating. Also there were a lot of enclosed trash cans which I appreciated so it didn't smell bad and there was always one close by to throw trash away. Drinks: 4 stars $10-15 lemonade, peach lemonade, watermelon lemonade Multiple trucks were selling lemonade which was great for how hot it was. I'm glad the cups were big because they are kind of pricey. Chicho's Fusion Cuisine: 4 stars $20, #2 Fried Egg Smash Burger My friend said it was good and he'd get it again Brazilian Grill: 4 stars $24 Picanha plate I didn't plan on getting Brazilian food when we went. But when we were walking around this guy gave samples and the steak tasted great. Even after looking at a few more aisles I couldn't stop thinking about the steak so went back and ordered it. Advice for surrounding trucks to give out samples! There were quite a few similar trucks but this was the only one of this cuisine that was busy. I think it could have used a salsa or some sort of sauce on the side and I wish the salad had tomato but aside from that it was still delicious and I'd order it again. Dubai chocolate strawberries: 5 stars $13, this was the best thing we got, worth the price and super yummy. If you don't like pistachio the chocolate and strawberries would also still be fire Brappin Crabs: 1 stars... We reallllllyyyyy wanted to like this place. We literally went looking through all the food trucks for this specific food item. First off, 2 eggrolls and fries were $30! It would be one thing if they were big but they weren't and they had no business being called chicken alfredo because it tasted NOTHING like chicken alfredo. It tasted like curry with Indian or Mediterranean seasoning on it. It wasn't bad but it wasn't what you would expect. Thinking about whether or not we want to give their boil a try or if we just need to move on.
