My favourites were the Roti Canai and Nasi Goreng. I don't know how they did it, but the Roti Canai was just like any other Roti Canai I'd had in both taste and texture. I absolutely loved it. The Nasi Goreng had vegan soy chicken in it, and it was very chicken-ish. If you blindfolded me and fed it to me, I probably wouldn't have been able to tell that it wasn't chicken. More impressive was the flavor from this dish. It had what we Chinese people call "Wok Hei" and it was just sooooo good! If I ever make it back to Calgary, I would definitely like to eat here again!
