I have used their services a couple times in the past years for scratches in front due to a collision of a slipped tire, a dent in the back from getting hit while I was parked in the parking lot, and from a collision as I was rear ended on the freeway. They are very reliable! At one point, at the time of the accident, I asked for a quick quote on the repair and they were able to provide it to me on the spot! It is easy to communicate with them and schedule a repair. If I could give 100 stars I would! Not all heroes wear capes and honestly, Sam is seriously Superman with a heart of gold. I had a super minor fender bender and wanted someone to help to fix my sensor which had gone inwards causing it to constantly beep. I got quotes from other shops ranging from 1,000-1,400 dollars which I thought was completely outrageous. Found Bumper buddies, gave them a call, and was able to make an appt for the next day within 5 minutes. The following day Sam texted me updates on where we was and arrived at my place right on time. Sam took one look at my fender and literally karate-chopped it with his hand back into perfect position. He's a Car-opractor if I've ever seen one. Then within minutes he dropped to my garage floor and fixed my sensor. He did all this without charging me a dime because he said it was such a minor fix. 100000% recommend to anyone in need of car help. Ralph was awesome and paid super close attention to detail and he's also a very nice guy. He drove to my office and did the majority of the job and realized he didn't have the exact paint match, so he left and bought the paint from a store 40 minutes away and then met me back at my house to accommodate my schedule.
