I looked at my phone and they had charged my card he told me they would put it back on my card. I noticed they had charged me twice. They put it back on my card once. He did take the time to look up what bulb and wipers were appropriate for my vehicle. He printed a slip with the information and pointed to a general part of the store. My boyfriend and I were able to match the exact parts to what he gave us relatively quickly. When I got home and went to install the newly purchased bulb I quickly learned it was the WRONG BULB! You may wonder if I gave him the wrong details about my car, but I know what specs I need to ask for parts. I will be returning the bulb and patronizing another establishment in the future. I commend you, John C., for taking the time to do the basics of your job. However; I would have appreciated a friendlier feel in such a small town and the appropriate part numbers....

My daughter and her boyfriend were driving to Grad school in Statesboro, GA from New Orleans,LA ,…read moreit was raining and she was driving a UHaul with a trailer and her car attached. Unfortunately, she clipped a curb and a trailer tire broke off in Phenix, AL. The traffic cop called Faulks to move her out the way. She was so greatful and appreciative of the customer service she received. I know my child was stressing badly and was a definite basket case. Bubba, her tow truck driver, went out of his way to help her. From guiding her through filing a claim with her insurance and dealing with UHauls lack of customer service to knocking off a good chunk of the total bill, to giving her some good advice on how to handle this unfortunate setback. He even called her later this morning to make sure they were doing ok, on their way and reassured and reminded them of all the good things that are on the way. Thank you Faulks and Thank you Bubba!
