They came right away and agreed that the lug nut s were the issue. He towed our vehicle to a local garage to have it worked on at 3 AM. He gave me a very low price to tow the vehicle so I gave him a little extra money. When he dropped the car off he even sent me a picture of the car sitting at the garage and thanked me! He and his son were very professional and extremely friendly. I have only had to have a car towed once before and the guy ripped me off. Strong is a very honest man. The service department staff was rude and dismissive when we asked for detailed information on delays in receiving the transmission and the repair timelines. They also failed to contact the warranty company after they were notified that the vehicle had an extended warranty. I towed the vehicle to Auto Gallery in LaGrange on 3/20/26, and they made it clear that they would not be able to assess the vehicle until 4/3/26. The vehicle was ready for pickup on 4/9/26. It was not the transmission and the repairs were covered under warranty. Paid a $100.00 deductible. The Langley repair department is either severely incompetent, or the dealership allows employees to take financial advantage of their customers. Found Ball Tire in a Google search and they were only 8 miles away. Super friendly, checked the valve then tightened it right there. Added air.
