This place is a total SCAM!!! My 70 year old father had an accident two weeks ago and took the car there to get an estimate. It was there until today, 2 WEEKS LATER, to find out they had done NO estimate, had the car sitting across the street and they charged him a "dismantle" fee plus $110 PER DAY to keep the car there!!! Over $950!!! Which mind you... THEY NEVER TOLD HIM ABOUT!!!! They also decided to THREATEN my father with taking money from what he would receive from the insurance claim to pay for their part while the car was just sitting there not being worked on. Needless to say I will be reaching out to an attorney regarding this. I find it disgusting a business will stoop to threaten an elderly person to scare them into paying them something that is not his responsibility to pay. read more

I got into a little fender bender on a Thursday afternoon. After filing a claim with my insurance they told me that one of the companies they work with for collision repair was The Collision Center. I looked up the location and couldn't find much on them. They didn't have any reviews on yelp or google so I kind of hesitated to bring my car in. Since the insurance was working with them I decided to take the risk and schedule an appointment with them on the following Tuesday after my accident. I took my car in that morning and was quoted a decent price for my hood, bumper and grill. Since it was not going to be much work, they let me know that most likely the car would be ready in two days. On Thursday, I received a call to pick up my car! I was a little nervous to see my car at first, but let me tell you that my car doesn't even look like it was ever in an accident. They did nice and very clean work. My car looks like I just bought it and the paint matches perfectly. I recommend them 100%. They're very professional and have everything in order. They communicated with me every single step of the way. They even wiped the car down on the interior before I got it back. I'm very happy with their service and work. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will come back (If I ever have another collision)! read more

I am giving this place two stars because in the end the repairs were good. However the process of getting those was a nightmare. They gave me an estimate of 1.5 weeks for the repairs maybe more maybe less. My car sat there for six weeks. I called multiple times a week and it felt like they didn't even know what they were doing with my car. One time they told me it would for sure be done at the end of the week because it was heading into body and paint. The following week when I still hadn't heard I asked what happened and they said they had found more mechanical damage, I am unsure how they found mechanical damage after they had told me they were done with that but misunderstandings happen. The next time they told me i would for sure have my car back by possibly the end of the day or the day after. I didn't hear from them for the rest of the week, I called to see what happened and they said someone forgot an LED. After six weeks I finally got my car back. When I picked it up, it wouldn't start. They informed me that they would jump it and that "i should think about getting a new battery soon because this one is very low". After the jump I headed straight to autozone, it died on the way. As an auto repair shop, they could have told me ahead of time how dead my battery was, especially since I had no issues with it prior to dropping my car off there. I would expect better communication for a dead car that's been sitting on the lot for 6 weeks. I could have brought a battery and someone to change it so it wouldn't die on the way to ANOTHER shop. Credit where credit it's due, they did the repairs and my car was pretty damaged prior. But there has got to be a better way to tell you clients what's actually happening with their car, and don't return it if it's dead. read more

If I had to describe them I would have to say..... life savers!! My car was broken into and my driver's door was jammed so I couldn't open it from the inside or outside. I went to a handful of locations to get quotes and so many would quote an amount and allude to the fact that it could be more, but they wouldn't know until I've already committed to them. That wasn't very reassuring. The Collision Center quoted me exactly what I thought it would be and that amount never changed. They completed the repairs within a few days and when I saw it I couldn't believe how flawless it looked. I'm super relieved and I finally found a place I can trust. read more

I was a little nervous taking my car here to be repaired, as there aren't many reviews for this place, but this was an option for me to take my car from GEICO so I figured I'd take my chances. If you are reading this all I can tell you is you have nothing to worry about. These guys are 100% professionals all the way around. I dropped my car off Monday afternoon after being rear ended over the weekend and it was done by Wednesday afternoon. The car looked like as good as new. These guys did great work... and quick too. Just what you want from an auto body repair shop. Not only that, but because I had car rental reimbursement through GEICO, Enterprise picked me up and rented me a car that I was able to leave at the collision center to be picked up when my car was done. Super convenient! All around this was a great experience. Don't be afraid to take your car to these guys! read more

This is the place to go. I took in a 2016 Mercedes GLE 350 that needed door and quarter panel collision work, with paint, and a bent door frame. Two other shops said it cant be fixed, must have new parts, another shop offered to fix but seemed really sketchy. The Collision Center is big enough and busy enough that they didn't care when I brought it, they could fix it, and they had it ready in a few days. It came out perfect. A few days later there was a problem with one of the power door locks we hadn't noticed, and they said bring it right in, and in ten minutes had it fixed, with a smile. Every One who helped me was friendly and knowledgeable and this place has everything you need under one roof including rental service. A month ago I went in to this body shop and they did a great job fixing my car after a fender bender. My friend got into an accident recently and I recommended this place to her. I accompanied her last week to take her Acura in for repairs and they exceeded my expectations. We were helped as soon as we arrived and they really took good care of us and my friends car. They made us feel like a priority and like we had nothing to worry about when it came to the repairs. They called her within a few days to let her know her car was ready. Although the damage on my vehicle was minor , they did an amazing job. I didn't take before and after , silly me , I apologize. Geico sent me there , so my choices where limited but I decided the insurance knows best, it's Miami , The body shops are everywhere , but so are the scams and below par service . Not this crew , my car looked like new (I mean it was before the lady backed up into it , and now it STILL is) The best part, their customer service, the turn time from when the from when they got my car until when they turned it in .
