I was heavily trained by an I car platinum certified technician, I have been involved in insurance based OEM collision repair and restoration since I was 14 years old and I learned to drive taking my independent adjuster grandma to write preliminary claims and I can tell you this shops is outright ignorant to modern collision repair and I have never experience a bigger cheapskate shop. Called this company, while more expensive they fixed it without mentioning the need to do that. I left Marcos with my car and watched some TV inside while not totally knowing what to expect. About an hour and a half later, Marcos called me and showed me a perfect repair. I legitimately can't tell that it was hit anymore. The lighting isn't great for photos at the moment but I'll be trying to add some later for anyone who's looking for examples of the work. While a bit more expensive than the cheapest route, this shop will get it done right the first time. I'll 100% only be working with this brand for dents in the future.
