A good amount of tender lobster and tons of toppings atop perfectly crispy chips that didn't get soggy or break under the weight of the toppings. Great portion size from a food truck, too. I was given my food shortly after I ordered and they had napkins, utensils, and condiments available for anyone in need. I can't recommend this meal enough!!

My wife had the fried cauliflower wrap, and even though she normally doesn't like Mediterranean food, she was blown away by how delicious it was, especially with the tahini sauce. We also got sides of garlic sauce and tahini, plus a tub of hummus to take home. The hummus was smooth, rich, and some of the best I've had. The food came out in about 10-15 minutes, which felt quick, though the owner kept apologizing as if it were taking too long clearly she cares about the customer experience. They also offer a call-ahead number, which is great if you're short on time. The menu has all the classics you'd expect at a Mediterranean spot, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. There are chairs and a picnic table right near the trailer that overlooks Cole's River. Bring cash although she takes electronic payments. We'll definitely be back and really hope this place sticks around for a long time. A true local treasure!
