We got Chicken Story from Door Dash today so I cannot speak on the service/ambiance at the establishment. However I can speak on the delicious things we tried. I ordered a Nashville hot sandwich - which was perfectly spicy, but didn't have much to offer flavor wise. I tried the Thai milk tea- and it wasn't quite the flavor you would expect from the authentic thing...I would definitely recommend ordering it less sweet instead of regular! my fiancé ordered a strawberry bubble tea with blueberry popping pearls, and it was definitely fruity and refreshing! The kimchi and garlic cheesy fries were to die for! I had never tried kimchi before and I absolutely loved the flavor profile of these fries, and would definitely order them again. The garlic cheesy fries were the perfect mix of sweet, salty and garlicky! Over all I'd love to come back and try their corn dogs chicken wings, and experiment with some other drink flavors! read more

I love love LOVE this place. I have gotten the hot Cheeto Korean corn dog and a potato one as well. Both with full cheese as it should be. Once I placed my order, it was ready in about 13 minutes or so. I walked in and was greeted with a smile and a super happy attitude from the girl working upfront. This is a family business and honestly, they were working so hard. It was so cutely decorated, and the menu was super clear. I went to the one in New Bedford, MA yesterday evening (6/10/26). I have to say that the young kid (boy) that was at the counter was completely uninterested in us being there to place an order. I gave my order, very clearly and he didn't put the order in right. Then when the food was ready, the girl cooking dinged the bell, and he wasn't even aware because he was knee deep in his cell phone. I had asked for two sauces when I placed the order, and also asked for a potato corn dog with cheese. I did not get cheese in the corn dog and he gave me one sauce. I asked if I could have the other sauce and he said "you gotta pay for it". Like that's what I thought you did when I asked for two sauces out the gate. Absolute gem tucked away here. I loved that I could pick between breast or thigh for my order, because thicc thighs save lives. I ordered the #3, Korean secret sandwich. Did not disappoint! I loved the sweet tang the sauce provided, but I didn't find it all that spicy. My daughter and I saw it advertised on Facebook so we had to check it out. We ordered Thai iced tea and the strawberry foam milk tea, the teriyaki and original chicken sandwiches and the corn dogs. The chicken here is better than BonChon. Cheaper too. Service was quick, friendly and super easy! I love how it's get in, get out! There's no real room to dine so I love how this place caters to modern folks that order wings to go and party at home! Meat is juicy and moist. As an Angeleno (from Cali) I love the different types of spicy sauce and flavors that CS has to offer. We got some chicken wings, corn dog, fries and drinks- all were delicious! My son chowed down on the corn dog and was super focused on eating, which typically he'd be picking at his food. The sauce on the chicken wings was nice and hot to my liking- we are very impressed! Also I love the dragon dawn- it's like a nice sour pop in your mouth In addition to the delicious food, the staff here are amazing! The manager introduced himself and gave up some insight into the restaurant and the staff at the front were super nice and sweet! The ambiance of the place was cool, and we got to hang with other awesome customers who were eating inside. There are a few tables inside, but the customers are nice and will share the space. Very tiny takeout only spot - I would suggest you order ahead! It was very busy when we went and we had a bit of a wait to order. I got the passionfruit tea with tapioca pearls it was yummy! Also got a Korean corn dog half cheese/half dog with the potato crust and cheese+aoli it was SO GOOD I want another one like ASAP. My sister had the cheesecake boba which is very much a dessert. My boyfriend and I had the combo, which includes your choice of a few different chicken sandwich and boba options, along with fries and optionally, a cookie. We opted to not get cookies, but everything else was so delicious. The sandwiches are VERY big, and the chicken is so crisp. Forget about the Popeye's sandwich, this is the one you want. I didn't go inside, but my boyfriend said the cashier was very friendly and chatted with him for a minute, since we arrived a couple minutes before our pickup time. If I had to find something to complain about, I'd say the location (in New Bedford) doesn't have the most convenient parking situation (street parking only, it would seem) - but if that'll be an issue for you, I think delivery is available through one of the apps. read more

I order Fried chicken original and the spicy Korean secret it was ok I like the chicken because is fresh and so crispy, I also order a Korean corn dog that was nasty, let's not talk about the fried dumplings stay away from those. Service was horrible, to order we waited 45mins and to get the order was another 30 mins. Place so small and is hard to get parking. Overall if I ever come back I rather order ahead and pick up. For a new small spot would definitely recommend ordering ahead for pick-up it was busy even on a Wednesday night. If you order in store there's only one bench and you'll probably have to wait. But for how busy they were Austin the front of house staff was calm and so kind - absolutely had it handled. I got the sandwich and boba combo it was a good deal! I found my chicken sandwich spot in the city. Would recommend a chicken breast sandwich over the pieces of chicken as they were more inconsistent.
