It has only been trail riding in the woods 3 times so not been beat or abused in any way. Been used to haul brush or take grandchildren for rides mostly. I have become very disgusted with the machine as everytime we get it out SOMETHING will break on it. We have had to replace hoses which broke and aloud machine to overheat. Most recently had to replace the entire front end (tie rods, ball joints, etc...) my mechanic spend endless time trying to get parts for this American made (I was told) machine because of covid and the parts have to come from CHINA. After countless phone calls and persistence they Ended up taking the parts needed off of another dominator to fix mine By now I am totally disgusted and the very day I got it back, the gear censor went bad and therefore it will not run. SSSSSOOOOO again I drive over an hour to get the part needed from reynolds. Needless to say i was not accepting the covid excuse AGAIN , which is exactly what I was told. When I fussed about the machine being less the 3 years old, less then 300 miles, only trail rode 3 times and why couldn't they take the part off the machine that they already took the front end parts for my machine. Glenn informed very rudely that I was to stop talking, that if i spoke another word i would be out the door HOWS THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! In closing I will say from the minute the papers were signed to.purchase this machine I HAVE NOT BEEN SATISFIED WITH REYNOLDS SERVICE. THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND IN FACT ARE DOWN RIGHT RUDE. I will never recommend this place to anyone and in fact I will be sure that everyone knows how I feel. Thank for reading my rant. Also I have to select a star rating. My choice is actually -5 but that was not a choice. Just saying

"No", Glenn replied, "just bring it in, and we'll stack it up and get to it." So I did. "About how long do you think it will take?" Said I. "Maybe two weeks." I got the news my boat was ready in two days. Since then, the first place I called a number of times has yet to return a call. And that was a long time before I called Reynolds. Now that I know what I know, Reynolds is my first and last stop for any service or repair. And Trampas is the guy who took my request for things to be checked or replaced, added some suggestions I overlooked, and the whole crew there is very customer friendly. Having spent the most of my working life facing the public, I know that few will say they had a good experience. Most will only opine if they have something negative to say, and the public can be hard to work with a lot of the time. I'm here to say, don't let any negative reviews influence you. Reynolds couldn't be better.

I will say I am very late in writing this review in…read morerelation the initial purchase of my pontoon, but have had several dealings with Madisonville Marine in the last 5 years and their commitment to taking care of their customers has not waivered. From our first several "window shopping" visits to the purchase and delivery my husband and I never once felt pressured or "sold" on anything. Jason is someone who loves his job and it shows. When we finally settled on a pontoon and were awaiting delivery tragedy struck and my husband passed away. When I called to tell them I wasn't going to be taking delivery on the day we had set up and why the response was "this boat is NOT a priority and there is absolutely nothing you need to do or think about where it is concerned. When you are ready you call us and tell us what you want to do about the pontoon." The specific details are personal, but suffice it to say Jason and the owners of Madisonville Marine truly took care of me. I didn't buy the original pontoon, but opted to purchase a smaller one I was comfortable with handling on my own. Their yearly maintenance is quick, easy and efficient - and they guys on the dock are a hoot! Anytime I've had a question they have been helpful. The store is stocked with all your needs and their selection of boats is awesome. If you are thinking of buying a boat YOU CAN'T GO WRONG using Madisonville Marine!

I took a chance and called them and yes they do repowers so I ended up talking with Dave Carnes the salesman and he verified they could do the work. So I towed my boat to him so he could evaluate the hull and discuss what wants I needed on the boat. We came up with a plan of engine replacement and some additions I asked for. He said it might take a while which there were customers ahead of me in which I understand I was in line for my turn. I expected 3-5 weeks out on it but was calling me the first week with updates where we were at. By the second week they were installing the engine and ready for lake testing to get the prop pitch right and were ready for me to pick it up. This place is top notch and the customer service is incredible. Their mechanics went above and beyond with fabrication and replacing possible issues that could trouble me. I also want to give a shout out to Jonathan the parts manager for setting me up with everything I need to service this engine as it breaks in. Thanks to all these people that were involved in bringing my boat back to life. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the best service anywhere. They are a Yamaha dealer and stand behind their work and products and are professional. Thanks again John Mattos.

They sent me to South Florida where, for the first five years of my Federal Law Enforcement career, I was a Special Agent, assigned to Marine Drug Interdiction. In addition to that experience, I have owned and operated boats since the mid '70's. I am an experienced Boat Operator, and I have a 100 Ton Ocean Master's Certificate. In late 2019, we replaced our Scarab with a 2020 NauticStar 2302 Center Console, a design favored by Law Enforcement everywhere. We bought the boat from Coast to Coast Marine in Somerset, KY who recommended Sick Speed Marine to install the electronics. I like a boat outfitted with the equipment I am used to - VHF, RADAR, SONAR, Directional Remote Controlled Searchlight, etc. I've found that most local boaters do not use VHF radios - a must have option in South Florida where this boat will spend much of it's time. My friends would characterize me as being somewhat "OCD," and others might use more colorful adjectives but, suffice it to say, anything less than first rate equipment, properly installed, and fully functional is wholly unacceptable to me. The sea is an unforgiving place, and on more than one occasion, my safety has depended upon it. I was offered a fair price, and I accepted the proposed invoice as written, with the understanding that everything would be professionally installed. The final work product by Nick and Derek at Sick Speed was immaculate. I hope this Review is helpful. Be Safe Out There Bill E. Branscum InvestigatorBEB@aol.com

I brought my boat in to get it de-winterized. On my first visit, a Tuesday, they were friendly and told me to leave the boat in the back, assuring me it would be ready by Friday. A week later, I called on Tuesday to check in and get an update. They hadn't even started on my boat yet. They explained that there were other boats ahead of mine and promised it would be done by that Friday. I called again the following Tuesday, and once again, they hadn't started. The same story--"It'll be done by Friday." I waited another week and called yet again on Tuesday. This time, they told me they hadn't even touched my boat, but now the excuse was that they were short-staffed. I said I'd check in by the end of the week, but they told me not to call; they'd reach out to me. Frustrated, I decided to pick up my boat and take it somewhere else. I called to give them a courtesy heads-up since I live about 45 minutes away. When I arrived, I was told they had just started working on my boat that morning. Funny how that timing worked out. After stalling for three weeks, the day I call to check in, I'm told nothing has been done, and the day I tell them I'm picking it up, suddenly they've started? Then, to top it off, they tried to intimidate me, claiming I was interfering with their work and halting progress. I asked why I wasn't informed on the morning update call or during my courtesy call that they had begun work. The Service Manager said he had no idea they had started. I kept my cool, but honestly, I couldn't help thinking, "No, you're not fooling me, and this business is a joke." To make matters worse, when I went to retrieve my boat, it was partially uncovered while it was pouring rain. I gave them over three weeks to complete what should have been a simple task, and this was the result. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe it. Do not take your boat to Water Works!

I take the boat to water workz the next week to change the fuel pump. I should have walked away when they started with "we don't like to tell the mechanic what is wrong we want them to find it" After much discussion I said if it is the fuel pump (I knew it was) replace it. If it is anything else call me. I get a phone call and they said they replaced the fuel pump but now it needs the carburetor rebuilt. I give in and let them do that. Then the next phone call is the block has frozen and busted and needs the motor rebuilt due to water in the oil. The boat is stored inside our basement and has not been outside below freezing. Then their story changes to it has overheated and blown a gasket. Still needs to be rebuilt. I tell them to put it back together and I will pay for what I owe them but to do no more work on the boat. When I pick up the boat it did have water in the oil but........ I changed the oil and had to put a few lines back together that they left apart. I can't prove that they put water in my motor, but I have used the boat a couple of times and had no issues and no water in the oil. I would like to see a news show do an undercover show about them. I can say without a doubt I will never use them for anything, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
