There is an older gentleman in management who seems completely unhappy and shows zero hospitality or appreciation toward loyal members. The overall staff seems to have changed a lot recently too, and honestly, I can understand why they wouldn't want to stay in that kind of work environment. Even with a membership, the club has become overcrowded, oversaturated, and disorganized. It's clear this stems from management not valuing the loyal members who invest in the facility. I will be looking for another club--even if it's a bit further away--that can offer a much better experience and atmosphere. Disappointing.

The same NRA trained instructor handled both classes and made some of the "boring" parts less so. What really stood out for me was qualifying on the range the last day. The instructor was all business. No grab ass, no excuses. Safety first. If you don't cut it, you don't make it.
