Giving five stars because I can't give six. First time diner(s) here and we absolutely loved it. The chicken salad tasted like summer. Everything we had was delicious. Service was impeccable and the ambiance was perfect. Definitely putting this places into lunch rotation. Worth the drive if you're not already living in the NE. One of my favorite local spots in el paso :)! The Owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating to everything that I may need. The food is very delicious and i'd recommend the Enzo meatball panini. The ambiance is perfect for sitting and chatting or simply minding to yourself. Big windows for an outside view! Also brought my niece here, she's a wild little kid and they were very nice and sweet to her! read more

3.5 The people who operate this outpost may be the nicest and most genuine people in the known universe. That said, I did not find the sensibility of the kitchen or the barista's work particularly compelling. Everything was just fine and prepared and served with great care, but not culinarily inspiring or a mark of coffee greatness. Was that cafe latte actually a bit weak? In fact, there were a bunch of decisions that were made in the kitchen that I take issue with (chicken salad so sweet!). Also the location--while clean and well maintained--is a bit of a feng shue zero. It does not, sadly, transcend its location in the corner of a random strip mall. This is a small place with a mainly sandwich based menu but the prices are worth the portion size. It's has a slightly Italian feel to it. I ordered their pepperoni panini with tuna salad. Ok, now I'm sure that Yelp eats some of my reviews. This is my 3rd time writing a review, and its saying its my first. I will say, every time, this is a 5, and not just because they are local. My favorite thing that I order here is the veggie sandwich and the berry tea or the vanilla chamomile tea. When I ate meat, I use to get a side of the tuna pasta, but now I'm sticking to the potato salad. The veggie sandwich has roasted peppers and artichoke hearts on a soft roll. I know people who add chicken to it to make it even more complete. The thing that gives the place that perfect rating is the people who run it. Everytime I walk in, they greet me like family and they always remember my order. Since the amount of orders that seem to go through the doors are high, its amazing how they can remember lil' ol me and my coworkers! read more

This place was amazing! Service was extremely attentive, polite and kind. Was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door. Food service was incredibly quick with my order being ready in about 5 minutes. Food was absolutely delicious! I could not believe how fresh everything was. This is my "Go To" Thursday lunch date with my wife! Absolutely the best service and most delicious food! My favorite is the Francesca panini, salad and tuna pasta! Don't forget to ask for the pickled veggies! My wife loves the Cesar salad with a scoop of chicken salad. We always look forward to sharing a coffee gelato! The flavored iced teas are great! One of my favorite little gems in the Northeast! I used to come here all of the time until I moved out of town. I do come here every time I'm back in town and I honestly think it gets better each time. Everyone is extremely friendly, the service is great and the food is excellent. Every time I go, I have to get the vegetarian with the tuna pasta on the side. I add chicken and hummus to the sandwich. It's so good!! I always tell myself I'm gonna get something different, but I just love this sandwich so much, it's hard to convince myself to get anything else. I always end up taking half home and then I have dinner as well. I miss this place so much! I've never heard anyone say a negative thing about the place no matter what they get. On busy days they'll run out of some things, but that's because they make everything fresh for the day and they're a small family owned business. Go here! You won't be disappointed! read more

Super cute small Italian lunch place! I have no complaints on this place. Let me just start off by saying that this cute little restaurant is tucked away in a small plaza where it doesn't seem to get too much traffic. I'm sure it has its loyal customers and I can understand why! The customer service was great! I had never been there before and our server Giovanni (hope I spelt that right) was keen to recommend to us what was popular on the menu and what were his favorite picks! They have all sorts of coffee drinks available which was one of the reasons I picked the place. My boyfriend had the Enzo hot sandwich, which was a meatball sandwich that comes with your choice of side. I had the Sesso sandwich which was a chicken, spinach and cheese sandwich with a side of tuna pasta! Super delish and light for a lunch option! My boyfriend had the cappuccino and I had a macchiato. They could have been a tiny bit better, but Giovanni warned us that the machine was acting up that day. At the end of our lunch, we ordered a coffee gelato that was so delicious! Hey, why not give it a try" and I'm so glad I did. What a fantastic gem!! I came to a seminar on this side of town and stumbled upon Buon Giorno Caffe. Decided to go in and out did not disappoint!! It exceeded all expectations! It's a wonderful little Italian coffee and sandwich shop! Everything tasted amazing and it was very inexpensive! We ordered espresso, coffee, chicken salad sandwich with salad and soup of the day (Italian wedding soup), ham and swiss on a croissant, cake if the day (lemon), and coffee gelato. Everything was delicious! Our server was wonderful! Explained the menu, courteous, nice, and super quick- even during the busy lunch hour! Highly recommend this cute and delicious restaurant. The food: Just stand out in all regards from the simplest pasta and red sauce (in my case, the cherished puttanesca which I make often at home) to the seafood and pasta white sauces, to the appetizers which we all shared (OMG, try the mushrooms in cream sauce and the bread and garlic!). The service: a single waitress took all our orders and she was just perfect. The plate delivery and eventual removal was a team effort and all were served at the same moment. Even the plate removal was done perfectly by the waitress and the bus lady. The dining room: We were set aside and a little out of the way of other dinners in a large high ceilinged room with really exceptional lighting and decors. Result was it was quiet enough that we could comfortably talk before, during and after the dinner which really added to the whole experience. The cost: One of the siblings picked up the tab but simple pasta plates are mostly $18 (my puttanesca was $2 additional and very worth it), then the $24 pasta and protein plates, then the $26 higher end plates and the $30 3-course plates. Note that most pasta plates are served in deep bowls with 1/3 of the sauce at the bottom and very hot so that the entire dish stays hot through the meal. We somehow still found room for dessert and enjoyed the cheesecake, Mrs. B's strawberry cake w spumoni ice cream. The sauces were incredible and all was so fresh. What impressed me most, though, was the hospitality. This is a true family restaurant, and you can feel it. The service was exceptional, not just from our server, but from several members of the staff who stopped by to introduce themselves, check on us, and genuinely make us feel welcome. The pacing of the meal was perfect. We had heard about the famous singing waiter, but unfortunately was out sick. Even so, they surprised us by arranging a special serenade over the phone, despite the fact that we hadn't even ordered the pizza that usually comes with the performance of "That's Amore". It was such a thoughtful touch and perfectly reflects the heart of this restaurant. In a world where so many restaurants feel alike, this place is a rare gem in Central El Paso. The food: Just stand out in all regards from the simplest pasta and red sauce (in my case, the cherished puttanesca which I make often at home) to the seafood and pasta white sauces, to the appetizers which we all shared (OMG, try the mushrooms in cream sauce and the bread and garlic!). The service: a single waitress took all our orders and she was just perfect. The plate delivery and eventual removal was a team effort and all were served at the same moment. Even the plate removal was done perfectly by the waitress and the bus lady. The dining room: We were set aside and a little out of the way of other dinners in a large high ceilinged room with really exceptional lighting and decors. Result was it was quiet enough that we could comfortably talk before, during and after the dinner which really added to the whole experience. The cost: One of the siblings picked up the tab but simple pasta plates are mostly $18 (my puttanesca was $2 additional and very worth it), then the $24 pasta and protein plates, then the $26 higher end plates and the $30 3-course plates. Note that most pasta plates are served in deep bowls with 1/3 of the sauce at the bottom and very hot so that the entire dish stays hot through the meal.
