I have  $20-22k in diamond rings from Buono Jewelry.  I was looking to sell them and anywhere I brought them to I was basically offered less then $4000.  I was told to go back to the original jeweler instead, i'd have better luck. I attempted to bring them to Buono directly to sell them back but they weren't interested in them.   I am disgusted that they do not stand behind the quality of their work and product.   I do not recommend this establishment at all because they inflate their appraisals to make a sale and take advantage of their repetitive customers. read more

Went to take my 7 month year old baby girl to get her ears pierced yesterday with Vicky. Not only was Vicky detailed and thorough explaining to me and my family every step during the process. She made sure she had some time to play with my daughter to get friendly with her first so she would be at ease before getting pierced. Vicky was beyond patient and took her time to make sure everything and the baby was alright. The process was sterile and detailed in terms of making her the holes were even. I purchased a ring here and in less than six months diamonds on the side of the ring have fallen out four times when I went back to the shop to get it repaired, it came back from the shop missing another stone. I'm updating my review because I had some very productive and informing conversations with the co owner of Buono's. It seems the email contact I had for them was not working correctly and I never gave the business the proper opportunity to correct and make things right. Sometimes we just need to stop with emails and social media and just sit down and TALK with people. I should have given Buono's a call and SPOKEN to someone, but no, I waited on an email that was never going to come. So with this said, I have to retract what I wrote because they were never given the opportunity to correct their mistake. Yes, the watch band link was still scratched, but I never gave them the chance to fix it. I was told I would have been given a refund and they would have tried their best to fix and I'm sure they would have been able to fix, because I was able to fix on my own. My father had a chain me and my siblings got for him a few years ago. This chain had a pendant with my mothers face on it. Since my mother passed away almost 7 years ago, we wanted him to have another memory of my mother so we got him this chain as a gift for Christmas. One day I came in the house to find the picture of my mother from his chain on the floor in the upstairs bathroom. When he came in, he told me that he did not know where the picture was and was very emotional about it. I showed him that I found it, and promised that I would find a place to replace this pic for him. Buono Jewelers was that place. They did such as great job replacing the photo for him and in such a short time. I became emotional and hugged the woman who assisted me. The store is clean and bright. The woman who did the piercing was knowledgeable as she has been piercing infants for 20 years.
