I'd like to give ZERO stars because they are terrible! I brought my $2000 Michele watch in for a battery replacement. When I picked it up Jeff informed me that the battery was fine and that there was probably something wrong with the stem as he was able to change the time and date, but it still wasn't running. I pointed out that the stem was certainly in all the way when I gave it to him - now it was sticking out slightly. Furthermore, and more concerning, was that I noticed he damaged the top of the diamond bezel. There is now a missing diamond as well as the metal around the diamond (see photo - looks like there's a hole at the top of the bezel). Jeff immediately became defensive, denied any responsibility and insisted I watch a video, to see that "he did not drop the watch or take a hammer to it". He also said he purposely video tapes repairs for "people like me" who accuse him of stealing diamonds. I most certainly did not think he "stole" a diamond chip. I did not accuse him of stealing. I know 100% that he damagaed my watch.The video shows absolutely NOTHING. It is taken so far away and when he zooms in, it's impossible to make out what he's working on...very blurry/bad quality. He most likely damaged the bezel when he removed the back of the watch to check the battery....probably with a tool he gripped it with. I don't think it was intentional. Jeff was quite rude and unprofessional, and denied any wrong doing! He should look at the video of my watch as I was holding it at the counter when I gave it to him, in perfect condition...oh wait, he can't because the video is just as horrible as he was! I will NEVER go there again and I strongly advise everyone to go elsewhere!!! read more

I got 4 bracelets fixed here and within that month they broke. Had a ankle bracelet resized and fixed when it was time for pickup the ankle bracelet was the same size. So they had to do the job right there. They tried to Keep the extra pieces. That too broke weeks later. I also got a ring put back in to shape when I got it back it look kinda worse. They said they made it look better. instead of just saying they couldn't do it they took my money still. I spent like $300. When I came back with my jewelry telling them it broke. They said it wasn't them and I can't prove it broke in the same place. They wanted to charge me to fix it again. I just left with my broken jewelry. Wish I can give zero stars read more

Should be allowed to leave zero stars. My wife took her watch there for a battery replacement and while waiting, she had them clean her engagement ring. Watch destroyed because the o-ring was never replaced. Watches can be replaced. Her ring however....... They said they cleaned it and checked the prongs. Well two days later, her stone fell out of the ring during her day. We searched for the stone with no luck. Went back and they claim they do not touch the prongs and just clean rings. Would never go there for anything after this. read more

Brought an $800 Swiss watch for battery replacement. They tore the O ring leaving it hanging out the back. I brought the watch back to them, but they didn't replace the seal. After 3 months and having the face Steam on any humid day, my timepiece no longer works at all. Poor battery? Water damage? POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INATTENTION TO DETAIL!!! 2 years ago, i went in with a $300 Lacoste watch for a battery replacement. few days later, my watch started foaming bubbles inside. had my grandpa took a look and he took care of it for me. reason was the o ring wasn't properly affixed and did a lousy job closing the seal. few days ago, i brought in a $1000 Movado. needed a battery replacement and the bracelet resizes. thinking the first time was probably bad luck/careless mistake. this time the battery is fine, but my links keep falling out. i returned to the store to get it fix. was told that the watch itself had some problems and they were doing me a favor fixing it. anyway, today, the links fell out again. i know if i return for the third time now, they will not charge me. but i just don't trust their service any more. read more

Great service. Owner has a great sense of humor. He is honest. Prices are fair. Much better than going to one of the larger chain stores. I brought in a bunch of jewelry that needed repair and refurbishing. I couldn't believe how beautiful all the pieces turned out when I picked them up. Took a G-Shock for a simple battery replacement, after a few days the watch started fogging up because the gasket was installed improperly. Now I have to send the watch to Casio themselves to have fixed. You would think a watch store would be component enough to do a basic battery replacement but I guess not. Overall great experience. The owner is very kind and kept wanting to help me find what I was looking for. The owner goes out of his way to get the job done and I respect that. The other workers there asked me as soon as I walked in if I needed help with anything and they pointed me in the right direction. Everything in the store is at a reasonable price which is hard to find at most jewelry stores. Personally I feel like a lot of repairs are out of their hands since some pieces of jewelry is old and can only be good for x amount of years, so a lot of the blame can not be placed on them since they really do work hard to get the job done and fix whatever needs to be fixed. The owner is very understandable and wants the customers to walk out satisfied. I will and always shop here for new jewelry and all my repairs. read more
