I love comming here because of the prices and they are always in stock the website is so easy to navigate and order, what I didn't likeIs that normally when I order online orders I go up to the jokers party supply store to pick them up but they redirected me to another building where I had to walk to and I don't mind walking. It's just that that area is not the cleanest area in the streets and there's people unloading and loading food and there's homeless and there's pee on the floor and it's just not a nice little walk so I think it'll be better if when placing an online order, you guys provide the address where we need to pick up our balloons that way we can just drive there and not have to walk through all of the nasty smells also I parked at the actual store and I had to walk back from that building to the store, they recommend to get my car and drive over but LA streets are just havoc and I don't want to do all that. i couldn't really walk through because the walkways were blocked with carpets and homeless people stuff. I know that out in the public it's not the stores responsibility of what happens, but you know make it more accommodating for the clients If you are going to switch buildings for pickup orders notify somehow.. Don't go to this place DON'T ORDER ONLINE if you made the mistake of already ordering MAKE SURE to check they gave you everything. I am missing 40$ of merchandise they failed to give me. Didn't notice till next day at cemetary. I assumed they were competent enough to get all items. I was wrong. I emailed them gave them order number and that's last i heard from them. I didn't even get chance to use what i did get because it was incomplete. They accept returns but don't tell you that no refunds store credit only until after you buy the stuff at bottom of receipt. However the aisles are TIGHT, very hard to shop comfortably and walk the store. Another reason I wasn't super sold on this place is that NOTHING has prices. Since I was in the area, I was looking for a great place to buy balloons/supplies for my sons 3rd birthday next month. Since Yelp led me to this place I super excited to buy from here since they had decent reviews. The place is super packed with different decorations/balloons to choose from. It was a bit of a mess, unorganized and hallways are narrow. What I noticed is that you don't see any price tags or price signs. I guess you find out when you get to the counter? I bought a dozen of blue table covers ($0.99/each) , 4 balloon weights ($0.75/each), 30count goody bags with twist ties ($1.49), 1 Birthday balloon $3.94 (I paid $3 for them to inflate it with helium). The balloon turned out full right when I got it.. but then when I got home I was super disappointed to find out that the balloon deflated. Was it worth driving back 18miles? I tried calling the number on the Yelp website and left multiple messages but did not get a call back. I went to DTLA to hunt for my daughter's 1st birthday supplies. I went to some of the stores down 4th street but did not find all the things I was looking for. I also noticed a lot of the stores carried products that I could just buy online for cheaper. I remembered I bookmarked joker's a while back and figured I would check it out as a last resort. Boy, was I happy I did. I was able to get all my luau table skirts, plastic table cover, plastic plates, small balloon letters and palm tree leaf balloons (8 count) here for a better price than online/in store (party city like places) pricing. There was not a lot more Hawaiian themed items but I was able to get the rest online. This store is definitely amazing for any party planning folks. They have an entire isle of balloons. Qualatex and off brand (these were a bit more than my online pricing so I did not get my other balloons here). They have a lot of different themed balloons and balloon arch/creations for you to get ideas. There was a lady there that does all their displays and they were all awesome. Did I try to hire her for my daughter's party, yes. Did she say yes, No! boo. She said she was not allowed to work for the shopped which I understand. Probably a company policy but she was able to provide me with good balloon filling tips to DIY for my daughter's birthday. I came because I was helping plan a bridal shower and needed blush balloons. They had a wall of assorted colors and sizes and also lots of fun things to add to your event. There were many workers that were super helpful and helped guide me to find what I needed. When I was checking out the chaser was so sweet and helped me add more to design of the balloons which the other bridesmaids loved.
