Well well well I didn't know this place existed so I call to make sure was a real thing so stop on my way to Atlanta for a concert The primary Burberry outlet store near Atlanta is located at the North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville, Georgia. This outlet mall is approximately 1 hour north of Atlanta on Georgia 400. This place is around 2 hrs rounds trip from Atlanta not near so be aware. A lot stuff was really not key on it and a few pieces I already had from the fall/ winter collection of 2024 but all that at 50 % off but I found this cute blue umbrella that coordinate great with runner outfit I noticed a mediocre selection and less than stellar quality of merchandise. However, the store is praised for being well-organized, having great customer service, and good sale prices. found the prices to be very reasonable and good for finding deals. Prices are 40 to 50 % off and the run specials all the time so if you don't want to pay full price wait around 6 months and goto an outlet but sizes are not always available because is the left over from retail but great value, read more

Bags and clothing were amazing especially with their prices but the person who was helping was absolutely trash. This Burberry location was just so-so. The selection of merchandise was mediocre and the quality was less than stellar. I've been to other Burberry Outlets that offered a better shopping experience. This outlet shop seemed to have the worse of the irregular materials that Burberry wants to liquidate. The salesperson that assisted me was patient and very helpful. read more

They have a no refund policy - only exchanges. They also don't do complementary gift wrapping. I purchased something from here as a gift but that person didn't like it and I was going to return it but they do absolutely no refunds. It doesn't matter if you just purchased it and changed your mind; be mindful that there is a no refund policy here. read more

From the moment I walked in, I knew it was going to be bad. The floors were not clean- grime and dirt, and just right above it is a Burberry trench. Though it is Burberry, I'm sorry to say that most of the merch in here was tacky. It looked like Bailey's failures here, sold at premium prices. There was no flow among the collection, no color progression, no themes, no customer service (from the time I walked in to the time I walked out...). The biggest no-no? Manager at this location is a lazy unprofessional staff member was at store recently per other associate that waited on me each item was 30 or 40% off and the more I purchased the larger discount I received however per manager that came out of back room with food in her mouth this is not going to be the case. Also, a lot of the merchandise such as scarves have snags and Burberry ladies coats have stains on them. I was told after spotting all these irregularities that merchandise would be damaged out, no further discount. Sales associate tried selling me a mans size 44 medium opposed to a womens size medium. I have been here several times to find good deals. I like good quality clothes that will last a long time because I do not like shopping constantly when I can do more productive things with my time such as working to save up for a down payment for a house on the weekend. And due to my chinese upbringing it is hard to pay full price for clothes that are worn daily because those clothes are meant to be worn out, destroyed, and not meant to last forever like jewelry or a chanel purse which can be repaired to last forever. So I come to the burberry outlet or the outlet mall in general to find good deals. Today I went to mini reward myself for lasting at my first job for 6 months (where it is finally okay to put it on my resume yay!) and got a classic button shirt. I wanted to get the super soft basic tees but they didnt have the v-neck (boo!) because I cannot wear the normal ones due to my boobs will stretch the top area and make it see-through. The button down shirt though will probably last me a good 2 years which is good enough for me! The store was a very clean and organized. The dressing room though I expected more of, it was smaller and basic even compared to ralph lauren or nautica. It was night and day from the fitting rooms at the burberry stores at lenox or any burberry store in general but whatever, not a big deal. Customer service was great. The cashier guy I was talking to was nice and the other guy who helped me find my size. Overall, I like this store and recommend and will be back! read more
