The owner was absolutely amazing--so warm, welcoming, and full of great energy. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were in great hands. We're from Houston and this was our last night in San Antonio, and let me tell you... what a beautiful way to end our trip! We did this activity on a Monday evening and it was so fun, relaxing, and memorable. The owner treated us like pros and made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. We couldn't stop smiling and laughing the whole time. We will definitely be telling everyone about it! So when my Pfaff stopped working I took it to the store in town. They did a wonderful job of fixing my machine. When it happened again (different problem). I took it to the Universal City store. They did an equally great job and such wonderful service. I am again today taking my machine in for service. Another seperate issue. My machine is older and has many many hours of sewing on it as I have a small sewing business and I make four or five quilts a year. It's a drive for us almost 4 hours each way. But I wouldn't let anyone else touch my machine.
