The restaurant has a lot of different sandwiches/ burgers, wraps, fries, wings, salad, and shakes options. So far, have tried 3 of their chicken sandwiches (classic chicken, cancun chicken, and bros chicken), Philly cheesesteak, and hotdog. None have been a disappointment. Definitely a good local burger place with a ton of different options. They have some really great specialty drinks and burgers of the month that are always fun to try. I've been to Burger Bros several times, and I've always enjoyed my burger here. I find that their regular burger is much more juicier than their dry aged bison burger. Tonight, I had their Mexican burger, and I loved all the toppings it came with. The chipotle Mayo was delicious! Their fries are like McDonald's fries with less seasoning. They are very good, but can use some more salt. Their milkshakes are 5 stars! They are amazing, and you must order one! I love their chocolate peanut butter cheesecake shake! I just finished eating from this establishment. A 15% coupon code was sent to my phone so I figured since it was expiring within two days why not. Upon scanning the menu I asked the cashier what he'd go with....the mushroom & Swiss burger or the Asiago truffle burger. It was large but not overwhelming or sloppy to handle. The bacon was crisp and did not dominate the flavor palate. Very, very generous with the truffle aioli drizzle. No need to ruin the experience by using ketchup. The brioche bun was fresh. The onion rings were exactly as described by the cashier...enough for two people to share easily. They were beer battered NOT breaded (when you know....you just know the difference). They maintained their crispness in spite of the 10 minute ride home. The ranch dressing that came to dip them in was thick and flavorful. I've been here before but it has been a while. Sometimes one just needs a reminder as to where to go for an excellent burger. Their Black Bean patty is incredible, thick and well seasoned. Loved all the sauce options here! Definitely use the chipotle mayo on a burger and the chipotle ketchup for the fries! The Buffalo Fries are a must get! The Buffalo sauce is infused into the fries, and the ooey gooey cheese on top helps balance out the heat. Our regulars are the chicken tortilla salad and Sonoma salad. Order the Asian sesame dressing with the Sonoma salad, and I promise you won't be disappointed! Their chicken on the salads is a little too salty, could knock it down a notch- but it is tasty. They recently revamped their salad rolls- and that was a great move! I ordered the Firecracker Shrimp Wrap and within "Special Instructions" I specified "No sweet chili sauce, asian slaw, or avocado & chipotle mayo". Lived in Marlboro from 2005-2021 and have never gotten burger bros until this past weekend while visiting my family. I don't know how this hidden gem flew under my radar. I picked up dinner for my sister and I because she raved about their burgers. She got a Mexican burger and I got the Swiss mushroom burger. Both were cooked to perfection, juicy and delicious. The size of the burgers made them well worth their price, they were not small burgers that will leave you hungry afterwards like other chains have. We had also gotten the chili cheese fries (they do use 100% beef in their chili and I believe halal beef overall). The fries were a bit underwhelming with the lack of chili and cheese added to the giant pile of fries. The little bit of toppings they did have were delicious, I just wish they were more generous with the amount they put on the fries. And lastly we got classic bone in wings with mango habanero sauce. The wings were amazing! Left me licking my fingers after each wing and reaching for the next one. My one critique would be to not place the blue cheese/ranch and celery into the same container because it made everything warm and I personally like my celery sticks and dip to be cold when dipping my hot wing. The staff wasn't too attentive when I stopped in to pick up my order. The gentleman behind the register said my order will be ready in a few and he'd call my name when it was but he forgot about me and I sat there for 20 min waiting and by that point there were 4 other pickup orders ready next to mine (mine was the only one on the table being filled as the items were prepared when I first walked in). I chose the burger with avocado, bacon and ranch dressing (left off the pepper jack). My husband chose the burger with a sunny side up egg and taylor ham. Both were ridiculously good. The burger come with a pickle but no other sides. We ordered the sweet potato fries and onion rings. Both were excellent and came with a dipping sauce. The Nutella milkshake was unbelievable.
