Waited in the drive-through for ten full minutes while the staff was playing around like a bunch of kids. Who is managing this circus?

The order was placed on September 15 at 7:16 pm via the online application. I only needed to receive it. The girl responsible for placing orders asked me to wait three times for a couple of minutes within 30 minutes. In the end, I started to figure out how to cancel the order because the money was written off, to which she said that she only had two people in the kitchen and hysterically stopped answering my questions about canceling the order. I wrote to the support service three times, but to date NO ONE has responded and has not provided any help in returning funds or solving the problem. There is no phone number to call for support. And in the chat, only a robot works and asks to wait for an answer for 24-48 hours, and more than 96 hours have already passed. read more

Young crowd working is foolish and doesnt take their job seriously. Excessive wait time for a basic meal. Better than most Burger Kings as far as service and cleanliness. The food was hot and fresh and the kiddies I took with me were happy because there were computers to watch YouTube videos and also a play area to run around and act crazy. I took my daughter and her friend and they had a good time, they enjoyed their burgers, fries and milkshakes and had fun for almost an hour in the play area. This BK basically has been remodel from the inside and most of the outside. I hope other BKs are like this in the near future. They did it all up, all new chairs,tables and the play area for the kids is by far the best looking thing inside. It's so clean and spotless. Yes, I fell into the trap of $1.49 for 10 nuggets and it is the worst spent money I have EVER wasted. They are disgusting, worse than what I remember frozen supermarket nuggets to tasting as a child. Also I had not had a whopper jr in like 8 - 10 years, I really did think the meat was thicker. This patty was barely there, the burger is tiny, but for $1 that I paid, it was find. The meat tasted the same and at least it brought some veggies in it. The fries were perfect, which is a plus. This particular location has a indoor play area for kids that was very clean. Actually the whole place was spotless. They also had 4 computers set up for the employment process which was intense, I didn't realize THAT many people applied here. This place will get your order wrong over 50% of the time. Last week I ordered a whopper with cheese and ketchup only. What I got was no cheese and mayo. I was charged for the extra cheese and didn't get it. How do you get mayo from ketchup. Yesterday I ordered three different sandwich and got only two. I also wanted BBQ source for my chicken nuggets but got Buffalo source. They need to hire people that can read so customer will get what they ordered as it is printed on the receipt. read more

During the Coronavirus Pandemic, I came to this Burger King in Bensalem to eat the Chicken Jr and the French Fries. I cannot be fat like Peter Griffin, Cleveland Brown, Homer Simpson, and Ricard Watterson. The whole menu of Burger King has too much calories but it was unhealthy. The Catholic of the United States does not serve everything that has a lot of calories. However, During Lent, all Catholics had Fried Fish. Chick Fil A and McDonald's had the most Fish Sandwiches for Roman Catholics and Eastern Catholics. read more

The wait time was out of this world for "fast food". The girl at the window never even apologized for the long wait, in fact, she didn't even properly greet us when we pulled up to the drive thru window! "7.32" was her greeting and it wasn't even for our order because the car in front of us got tired of waiting and pulled off!!! Since my boyfriend worked all day, we decided to grab something to bring home. We went to Burger King and went to the drive thru. We were the only ones there. Literally right after we ordered and pulled around to the window, they handed us our food. NOW, I am NEVER one to complain about anything EVER, especially getting quick service. But that burger and those chicken fries must have been sitting out for a while because our meal was ice cold. Mind you, we live five minutes from there so if it was fresh, there is no way our food would have gotten that cold so fast. We were very disappointed because we never have any issues with Burger King. Not to mention, a couple hours after we ate, we both felt sick. Okay, I'll have to preface this by saying that everyone will probably will think I'm weird for reviewing a Burger King, but this is not just any Burger King. This is a really good Burger King, much better than other Burger Kings in the Philadelphia area. The food is prepared well, the ingredients are fresh, the workers are all working as a cohesive unit, and they took the extra step to answer a question I didn't even ask yet. My oldest son and I ordered a Whopper and I asked for a plastic knife. The young man behind the counter, seeing that I had asked for a knife, said, "The next time you order, you can ask us to cut the sandwich in half." Our Whopper was great. Our fries were crispy and delicious. Both of my sons love the indoor playground. There's even an Internet kiosk area for web surfing. Check this Burger King out. It's awesome! read more

The new frozen lemonade thing is quite good, and it's pretty cool that this location has several computers with internet available for public use. I've never seen that before at Burger King, or any fast food location for that matter. Other than that, this BK is exactly what you'd expect. This was my first time it does Burger King. Only reason me and my sister stopped is because we wanted to grab something like go through the drive-through and keep it moving but unfortunately the person at the drive-thru was nice but they didn't understand what we was talkin about so I had to get out of my car on a rainy day and go in and place an order. My sister was looking for a deal that was $3 I believe it was two burgers a soda and fries all for the price but it might have been a little bit more but no more than $5. She was telling me about it but I didn't know cuz I don't really eat at Burger King so while she telling me about the meal deal I'm looking on the board to find out what I can eat and pick something up for my husband for lunch. The food took a little minute to receive it because they was unorganized because answer we came in to make our order then it's dark and crowded but the thing that I did not like about it is the food was not freshly-made the food was sitting in the warmer so about time you got to your car or at home the food was cold and hard. When I received my bill I didn't understand why my stuff was $21 they had meal deals but the young man really didn't tell you about any deals that was going on in the restaurant so you had to take a moment to look up on the board and look at all the items and see if that's what you want. Well that was my last time going to Burger King if a $21 for what I don't even know and I didn't even like the food neither did my Husband. So let me think what I have brought 2 chicken sandwiches a order of chicken nuggets the meal deal with the two chicken sandwiches fries and a soda and a salad and that's all and the bill came to that $21 I could have set down at a restaurant and paid $21. The fries was good but a little salty and high but the chicken was hard as a rock oh and I forgot I got some mozzarella sticks and they was at the bottom of the bed Squish and the cheese was hard I could have took everything back but I was on a highway 95 and I couldn't turn back because I had to take the food home to my husband. This was hands down the worst service EVER! The staff is ignorant,rude, ghetto, unprofessional, no customer service skills at all. The one kid was cursing and yelling at the cashier, I asked for something and the girl in the drive-thru told me to get it myself, I stuck up for the cashier, let the drive-thru chic know very quickly that I do not work there and not my job, she tried to be cute and take off her headset like she was going to try and fight me, the young kids gathered around her like she/they were going to do something. The manager finally appears when he hears her yelling at me, he tells me he has been there for two days and will talk to them?? The amount of cursing between the staff was ridiculous.
