So first we put in an order thru door dash and nothing was tight so my wife drove over there to find the burger I had ordered in our initial order just sitting there. So she then placed my order again in person (they can't mess that up right, WRONG) and instead of onion rings I got fries and instead of a large drink I got a medium drink. To top it off they apparently placed the burger that had now been sitting there for 15 plus minutes into my bag, rather than making a fresh one. This particular Burger King location is clearly manned by incompetent employees and the Managers on Duty are essentially useless and easily flustered. You read the ticket, you make the order and then bag up that order. It's basically three steps in the process. I don't understand how you can continuously mess up that process. Now I am not usually as brutal on my reviews but ordering at this Burker King location has been a disaster. If you want BK go to the one in Lansdale or the one on Ridge Pike in Plymouth Meeting. There at least you have competent Managers who know how to resolve issues. Can you give less than 1 Star because if you could I would definitely leave a zero rating. Avoid this BK like the plague because clearly the employees don't care and the owners especially don't give a damn. read more

I ordered from this location quite a few times, they never skimped on adds on, like onions and pickles. And don't charge extra for it , like some other locations. And it's clean. Not sure if this time of day they didn't have anyone chicken. But my crispy chicken king was too thin. And tasted bland. read more

Well I am super annoyed. I decided tonight was the night to indulge in my guilty pleasure...BK Original Chicken Sandwich with extra cheese (2 slices) and onion rings. I try to avoid such processed food so it's really a special thing to me, not life changing but a thing nonetheless. Pull up, not busy at all and wait at the drive thru...and wait...and wait. After saying hello? a couple times I finally get a woman who seemed TOTALLY put off by our mere presence. Got that same sunshiney attitude at the window. As a Door Dasher I am one of the nicest and most patient door dashers in this area. I see dashers being rude and testy with restaurant employees all the time. Being that I worked for many years in the restaurant industry, I know how hard the work is and I am always sweet and very patient. With that being said, if I am treated badly or the food takes way beyond a reasonable amount of time or if the order was made wrong and the restaurant refuses to re-make it......sorry but I'm coming here to yelp and writing a review about my experience. I've been dashing for the last 10 months and I've never had a bad experience with this Burger King until the last two weeks and both times it was the same woman who has been on the rude side and not giving me proper customer service. I don't know her name, I dont see a name tag. But she works the evening shifts as both times I experienced her it was in the evening and I think she might be more new as I have never seen her before until recently but that doesnt necessarily mean anything. So last week I came into the dining room to pick up an order. There was a man who was helping me and HE was sweet as pie. He said he doesnt see an order for that person. This girl I am talking about he asked her and she kept rudely saying no, the order isnt here. He wanted to see the order on my phone and she kept saying to me in a not nice way "you need to call door dash." okay, I was going to but the other guy wanted to look at the order on my app. Then I asked her if the order could just be made from reading my app, as when this has happened at other places oftentimes the restaurant will make the order from what it says on the app. She said no, we cant do that we need a slip. She said this nicer to me. I didnt have a problem with that, I called DD. They had to cancel the order and the customer had to resend it. I stayed to pick up the newly put in order. But this woman and another girl there, they wouldnt tell me if the new order ever came in or not. Every time I tried to ask them, they would ignore me and walk away. I got the impression that they were both purposely ignoring me. So I waited several minutes not even sure if the order came through this time then they did finally gave me the food without a smile or even looking at me as if I did something to them. Meanwhile, other customers came in that this woman was sweet as pie to. But with me, she treated me as if I was being a bother when I was being extremely nice and patient with her. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and decided not to write a review after that incident or make a complaint. Tonight its about 6:45pm and the door is still unlocked so that means the dining room is open. Same woman "nicely" tells me that the dining room is closed and I have to go through the drive thru. Welp, the door was still open which means you still have to serve me. I worked in restaurants I know how that works. Second, it isnt as if I am placing an order that has to be made, I'm simply picking up one that should already be put together. The drive thru line was about 6 cars long. Why make me go through the drive thru when I am already in the dining room? I just gave her a smile, threw the door dash order back into the cue because I'm not sitting in a long drive thru when I already came in the dining room and could have been given the food in less than a minute. Shouldnt the dining room be closed at the same time every night? 6:45 seems extremely pre-mature. read more

For what it is (fast food) I gave this a four star because of their playplace. I was specifically looking for a place to eat and hang out with my little kids and give them a place to get energy out and exercise, and I was pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of this play-place. Food was just average - I guess normal for BK. They got my order wrong (didn't make it how I ordered) but remade it with no hassle. The freestyle coke machines are nice. read more

I need to stop coming here. It's a major guilty pleasure of mine. The issue is the coma and near heart attack is not very pleasurable afterward. They always have great deals that trick me into ordering a ton. The value menu, Whopper Wednesday, 2 chicken sandwiches for $6, 10 nuggets for $1.49, or the loads of coupons I have. It's all dangerous. It doesn't help that I drive past twice a day either. And the new farmhouse burger is ridiculously good as well. I grew up a Burger King kid and I think it's in my nature to get pulled there like a moth to light when I'm feeling the slightest bit hungry. Staff is usually pretty good. Drive through is quick. So couple of weeks back my wife and I went to Burger King to get ice cream.. She asked for a cone I asked for it in a cup. I paid for it through the app when we got to the window they handed us 2 warm cups one with the cone upside down both completely melted as if they had made him the 1015 minutes while we waited in line to pick up our order. What I when I asked the manager to remake them he grabbed them and said no they're cold and headed him back. See the attached pictures at what they consider frozen what they consider frozen Ice cream that's acceptable to give to their customers and tell them that is all they get. Walked in at 4 pm on Sunday..Sign says you need to wear a mask - my spouse and I did. Next to none of the employees were wearing one. Then 2 employees told us 2x that they were closed. There were about 4 tables of folks eating and nobody was in line at the counter. We proceeded to walk out and then were told they were only joking. Then 2 other employees told us we would have to wait to get our order taken while the jokers stood around, playing with their hair (they were males) and had no hats on. Not having been waited on, after a minute we walked out - this entire experience was ridiculous on every conceivable level yet..this gets better....We were heckled since we decided to leave to employees clapping as we left. Steve..if you still own this restaurant (I worked for you for 7 years at this and other locations) - you need to shut it down. Your employees are unhireable and untrainable and the hiring manager of your store should not be placed in charge of rodents. Your restaurant has become a waste of time and space in my opinion and should be demolished and replaced with a welfare office since that is where your employees will all end up anyhow. All in all, this is a pretty good Burger King. It's clean, roomy, and nicely decorated (as fast food places go). It has the Coke freestyle machines. There's a play area that kids seem to enjoy, though I'm obviously not eligible to play in it (Ageism! Heightism!) There are also a some computers there for customer use, so if you don't have one, or if yours dies unexpectedly, you can go there, buy a burger and check your e-mail. The food and service are probably about what you'd expect... No glaring shortfalls there. read more

This isn't my favorite Burger King, I used to come here sometimes for lunch when I was attending Montgomery County Community College. This Burger King is located on a strip of stores in between Route 202 and Swede Road, with entrances/exits onto both roads. Due to those two roads being extremely crowded often with no light, this makes leaving a huge pain. Not to mention the small and cramped parking lot is not fun in the slightest either. The service is alright, the second star is really for the food which has been the only consistent part of this location. I would still stop here if I was in the area but only if I was in the mood for small crowded lots and battling traffic on the way out. read more

Whoever the woman was working here on 10/29/2023 at 10:30 pm should be fired along with anyone else working in the store. The store is advertised as dining room open until 11:00 pm but good luck because every single door is locked probably at 5:00 pm because they're lazy and rude. I had an issue with my vehicle that the clearance was too big for the drive thru so I parked my car and attempted to go inside to explain the situation as I had placed a mobile order for convenience of both parties. Unfortunately at this point I had to call the store which I hate to do because I know food service can be busy. No answer, "sorry we could not process your call the employees are busy with other customers." What customers you ask? It was dead, so the customers they were dealing with must have been on their cell phones. I waited a few minutes because maybe they were working on online orders or something. No cars in the next new minutes so I called again. No answer. I thought maybe it was my phone so I had my fiancé call. Same thing, no answer. I know most restaurants have a policy where you don't get a refund for a few days, so you may understand why I was trying to get an answer. So I called again to see what would happen. No answer. I looked through the windows and I could see the employees and none of them looked concerned that there could be customers coming. Feeling like I had no other choice I walked up to the drive through window to see if I could talk to someone. I know this is not generally advised so I waited to make sure there were no cars coming, but don't worry this place had been dead for at least 10 minutes. Through the windows I saw a woman employee just standing there not doing anything. Not monitoring doors, not monitoring calls, nothing. I get halfway up to the window and notice she had spotted me and she threw her hands up in the air in annoyance. Valid, people don't usually walk in the drive through, although personally I would understand considering the circumstances. I got to the window and she gave me the nastiest look I've ever seen someone give me. She threw her hands up in the air again and started screaming at me through the closed window. "THIS IS A FUCKIN DRIVE THROUGH, YOU NEED A CAR. YOURE NOT IN A CAR." I was taken aback because why would you speak to someone this way? I put my hand up to my face trying to get through that I was trying to call the store. "NO. YOU NEED TO BE IN A CAR." This employee was crazy or something. She lunged toward the window, shaking her head in frustration and looking mad as ever, then walked out of sight. I don't know where she went but I walked away to avoid her again because what if she got more agitated at me or worse. To end this I add, if it's really not welcomed to be walking up to a drive through, wouldn't you 1) put up a sign 2) not lock the doors so early, and 3) answer the damn phone? Anyway I never got my food and all they offered me was a refund, which 3-5 days to get back to my bank account even though I never received anything. read more

Came in to a unresponsive staff that took a total of ten minutes to aknoledge my patronage and another ten to serve me. The staff seemed chiller then a penguin in Kentucky but that most times doest make for steller customer service. The decor was superb I love the grass in glass very creative. I go here more often for bogo days and everytime the freakin manager gives me a hard time because I didnt specify that I wanted the bogo option and tries to charge me full price. Clean, decent service and the parking it's more them adequate. In my experiences the food has been hot. My order has so far been correct. Get the new fries, which are much better then the old ones.
