Seems like most people only review a fast food restaurants when they are disappointed. This Burger King was extremely clean, the food was hot and prepared well, and the service was fast. The employees were alert and didn't keep us waiting, but they weren't overly friendly or welcoming. For my fast food scale, they still earned 5 stars. Wish I can give this place zero stars. Anytime you go after 1130. They are closed. Meanwhile, the hours say they're open till midnight. The employees are inside, laughing and pretending not to see you while you're blowing your horn. read more

This is not the first time we had a bad experience hear. Last I will be going there. Drive thru speaker was broken so pulled up to window to order. The impossible whoppers where cold and burned, and not correct on toppings. Ordered mozzarella sticks. Which were also cold and old cheese inside. I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs! The lady taking the order was in a hurry like she had somewhere to be. Mind you it was only 8pm and no one was in the drive thru! This place should be shut down! read more

this is a 1 star review directed at this particular burger king as well as the Burger King brand. i got to the drive thru at 10:15am and ordered 2 spicy chicken wraps, the order taker said that those are on the lunch menu and i had to ask him when lunch was, and he said 10:30am. it would have been nice of him to either mention that I had to wait 15 minutes or just go ahead and take the order (if actually possible - which sometimes is, sometimes isn't). had I not asked him I would have left without realizing I only need to wait another 15 minutes which was fine because I had the time. that wasn't such a big deal at the time but it becomes one now because of what happened next. when i did order the food, what I got when I opened and started eating it at home was horrible - both of the wraps were undercooked to the point of being not just cold on the inside but also inedible with translucent bits. When I called and stated the matter, the gentleman said I could come in with the receipt and/or the food and he would handle a replacement. while I did appreciate the gesture, there were 2 things wrong when I asked for more help and I dont blame him but the brand for this: 1. I would have to go to that Burger King specifically - instead of getting a free door dash to my location On them. 2. They have no customer service line with humans on phone At all or online chat. There automated bots are obviously like all lousy at helping and incapable compared to humans. The reason why I'm giving it 2 stars rather than 1 is because last time I went and dined in; I had good quality and experience and no problems with my food. read more

Ordered 3 things and they managed to mess up two of the things I ordered..... I really wanted to try the new spicy nuggets and when I got home they were just regular nuggets like how did you mess that up? They even wrote it on the receipt... very disappointed read more

Not a fan of this location. On one occasion I ordered two orders (ordered for myself and a coworker) and asked for two separate receipts (as you might expect) I wasn't given any receipts (my work requires we keep receipts) so I patiently waited at the pickup window for the person to come back so I could ask. The guy must have made eye contact with me about 15 times and did nothing, and probably 10 minutes passed before opening the window to ask with an attitude "what did I want" After another 5 minutes he printed out two more receipts (don't know) and then I was finally on my way. Never again. Maybe that was God telling me to eat healthier. read more

I regularly stop by here with the family. The children love the 2 Whopper deal, especially when they can mix their own sodas. Nice clean, great service and phenomenal location. Go for the Whoppers. Mix in your Sodas. I find their Jalapeno Fries too salty, suggest stay away. Remember it is a fast food place and not a full service. Once, they even brought my tray to my table. Enjoy!! read more

I'm totally furious!!!! I completed a survey for a free whopper gave them the receipt and they still charged me!!! It's like they couldn't understand the words that were coming out of my mouth. Then to add insult to injury I get home and guess what no patty in the bun!!!!!! Just bread.....so then I have to drive allll the way back to show them and get the burger. I ordered a 6 piece kids meal and i ask for one bbq sauce and one sweet & sour as my son likes to mix it up. The cashier tesha i think it was charges me 27 cents a sauce and then slams it in the tray and says "here you go" extremely rude. The worst customer service !! read more

I placed my order in the drive through and realized at the window that I did not receive all items. Half the time the ordering speaker doesn't even work clearly. Not my fault. When I simply questioned the youngster at the window he literally just jumped down my throat and kept scolding me several times for not checking the box at the order station. Instead of spending the 1 minute to figure out what was missing, go collect it and recharge me, he just scolded me once again and sent me back through the drive through. Good job just dismissing the customer- you will go far in life. Lost my taste for this Burger King now. Going to get a HAPPY meal at McDonalds! read more

This place is great compared to all the other BKs I've eaten at. Never had a bad experience here. Always get a Whopper and fries, which are so delicious that I can not explain it in words. Never really liked the chicken fries though. read more

I called up the establishment hoping to be greeted by a decent individual. What was I thinking right? I simply asked the recipient if they had delivery options. The believed juvenile replied that they did, and asked my address. I gave it to him even though I was confused as to why he hadn't taken my order first. He then repeated the digits to my phone number and said goodbye, then hung up. As of right now, I am at a huge concern for the safety of my family and myself. Please for your own sake, don't eat or call here, save yourself the stress. read more
