Stopped by Burger King and just have to say; huge respect to the two employees running the entire place. They were clearly stretched thin but stayed friendly, professional, and handled everything with a great attitude, even with some impatient customers in line. I appreciate the manager here. She was really policing the food coming out of the kitchen. She kept asking why things were wrong and sending it back to be fixed. Our food was hot and fresh and correct! Minus one star for the flies and the dirty floor in the lobby. read more

HORRENDOUS. I would give 0 stars if possible. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, we stood at the counter and waited a good five minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. After placing the order, he gave me a cup to help myself. No ice, so I went back to the counter and waited another 10 min for someone to give me ice. To make matters worse, there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom, and a couple hand sanitizer dispensers were empty. The entire "experience" lasted over 20 min. FAST FOOD LMAO Fortunately, the food tasted fine and didn't make us sick. But all in all, you'd be better off keeping your distance. read more

This was one of the worst service experiences I have had. The restaurant wasn't busy. The person behind the register was busy with something for quite a while as we just stood there. Ideally he would have acknowledged our presence and said he was busy with something. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The food took an extremely long time, especially when it wasn't busy. There was no ice. Someone came in from outside due to an incorrect order and needing stuff (like a straw), so we were not the only ones experiencing bad service. In the end, the food was okay. The absolute worst Burger King across the country. We travel From AZ to ME twice a year. Smoking employees meet you at the door and then go running in to do their "job." Then they hang out in the back and ignore you. I order extra lettuce and onion on the burger. They take an already made one, open the paper and then slap some more onion and huge lettuce centers on it. Fold it back up. The fries were leftover from mid afternoon, were stale, cold and shriveled up...at 8:30 pm. They hadn't seen heat in hours. Take that old lady, and enjoy it! Well, this old lady writes reviews. Never go to Brazil in IN for a burger and fries. This franchise should be put in Burger King jail. Ps. No complaints about the chocolate shake. That's the one star. read more

Oh my god people! This place was a mess when we stopped in. On our way back during our road trip we were in need of some relief and food. We pulled off the highway at this exit and came to BK (I have to admit, after this road tripping weekend I didn't want to see another BK for a while). We walked in and before we ordered we decided to use the facilities. With there being four of us we needed to do that in shifts. Two of my friends went in first. As they were going in what we assumed was an employee said, "Be careful, it's a bit slick in there." OK, it's a bathroom, so the floor maybe a little wet. Well..........there was like an inch of water on the floor. Somehow the sink was either clogged or broken and the water was overflowing onto the floor. This is the best Burger King I have ever been to. It is in a slight desolate location, but don't let that fool you. The food is fresh and tasty. I've never had a better chicken sandwich, and the jalapeño poppers were cheesy and big. The lady working was very nice, even though it seemed like she was short staffed. Bad service and without wash hands went straight to work, mopped the floor right beside us while we were eating there. will definitely not going back again. The fires were warm not hot neither crispy and the chicken inside of the sandwich were black which makes me think the chicken has been over fried or fried over too many times. Then I asked them why it was taking so long and they said because it was "hand breaded," even though they just through it in a fryer.
