We had a really great experience at this location a few months ago, and I've been meaning to leave a review about it ever since. It was right around Halloween, and I came in with two of my sons, just as a large crowd of costumed families arrived from a trunk or treat event nearby. I was amazed at the way the staff handled the sudden influx of traffic. They had a super efficient (but subtle) system for calling out new arrivals coming in from each entrance, for watching the supplies and cleanliness at the drink station, and getting food out to people quickly. It happened to be my son's 7th birthday that weekend, and, proud as he was, he mentioned it to a manager on our way out. The manager asked us to wait a moment. He ran into the back, and came out with a birthday card and a stuffed toy. It really made his day. Thanks for a great experience! read more

I want to start off my day the costumer service in here was amazing. I got in thinking I was going to have to wait, but Andres came right up and took my order. At the end he told me that if I filled out the canes survey I can get free canes for a YEARRR! Don't even get me started on the foodddd, it came out fast and hot. We had a couple of coupons for the kids to Cane's for a quick dinner with the family. The place was clean and like any other fast food joint. Fountain drinks. Order at the counter and pick up. Plenty of place to seat. The chicken was cooked well. Juicy and tender. The fries were fine and what you would expect at a fast food establishment. The Texas toast was the standout in the combo. The coleslaw was fresh and tasty. They are known for their Cane's sauce which did not disappoint. The Box Combo has Four Chicken Fingers, Crinkle-Cut Fries, One Cane's Sauce, Texas Toast, Coleslaw, Regular Fountain Drink/Tea (22oz) Chicken was done beautifully, crispy outside and juicy inside. Fries are typical crinkle style and not anything special. Sauce had good tang to it with a hint of sweetness. Cole slaw wasn't overly saturated and had good flavor leaning a bit more toward sweet than savory. Texas toast had a buttery, garlic, saltiness that paired well with the meal. I had the unsweetened tea and it was good, tasted like brewed tea and not kit tea. Drive thru, inside dining, order and pick up. Lots of options. Give this place a try. read more

Chicken tenders were soggy and greasy. Fries were just so so. Their signature sauce is not that good. Honey mustard was like a far cousin of honey mustard. It was a disappointing meal. I have taken my family here for time since they have open and it has been terrible every single time the staff is terrible they don't take any care in the plates they bring out towards you very repulsive if you want canes go to Maple Grove or Coon Rapids Or Dinkytown even Blane any other location I was really excited for this Brooklyn Park location near my home but I would much rather travel if the food is going to be properly prepared and I have to spend my hard earned money on it read more

I had Probably the worst experience ever in this location, not only stuff was laughing at something while asking my order on the drive-thru. Then they took the payment gave me the wrong order and when I pointed it out the girl said "oh, u could just take it" I asked to get my order instead of someone else's and they realized they charged me for the car behind me (I understand mistakes happen sometimes) they took my card to make a refund and charged me for the right order, manager came over asking for a receipt (I didn't have one cuz they didn't give me one obviously) then they assumed the payment didn't go thru at all, charged me again and finally gave me my order. At home I found out they still mixed up my coke with tea and two days later I saw 2 charges on my card! I don't even know what's worse in this, the behavior of the kids or the endless mistakes.
