DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE!!!! If giving 0 stars was a option I would . I had a doctors appointment in the area of Stevensville MD and stopped here to grab a bite to eat. When I went to take a bit of my sandwich there was a fairly big piece of plastic/plastic glove in the middle of my sandwich. It was very disgusting. I have made several calls to this establishment and left messages for manager to return my call which has never happened. I even reported this business to corporate. This place needs to be shut down!! I will never eat at this burger king location again!!!! read more

I went to Burger King, 70 Kent Town Market, Chester MD and was given the wrong order. Unfortunately I didn't find out until I was home. 48 hours later I took my receipt into Burger King and told them I was given the wrong order. This Burger King in particular was absolutely horrible. The lack of communication on their end specifically. My son asked for barbecue sauce with his meal, and got only one packet. When he went up to ask for a second barbecue sauce, the lady said she would charge him $0.75 for 1 barbecue sauce packet, so he came back empty handed. But when I went up to ask for some, she forked it over without question. Have you ever been charged for bbq sauce at a fast food place? Listen, this is a Burger King, so if you're expecting gourmet...shame on you. For what it is they do it right here. I'm in Annapolis frequently for work, occasionally I'll stop here on my drive home to grab a quick dinner to eat in the car. Every time I've been here, they have been fast, the food has been hot, and my order has been hot. One issue, they don't salt their fries, ever; but you can always grab some at the drive thru window. I have to agree with the other positive reviews. This is one of the better managed fast food establishments. I can tell the workers here actually care about their jobs because of the following reasons: - It's super clean in the dining area, around the condiment area, next trash cans, and especially the bathrooms. Shocking, I know but true. - I made a high maintenance request (one lettuce wrap impossible burger) and they were kind enough to not only graciously fulfill it but they executed with nice presentation. - As they were processing my order, I could see them working together to get everything done efficiently and with great communication. It wasn't just a matter of the fry person frying, the grill person only grilling, etc. I could see that each worker was helping each other to work effectively with excellent communication. How often do you see this at a fast food restaurant? Almost never. - Our order looked and tasted great. I felt like I was at a higher tiered fast casual (like In and Out or Chil-fil-a). Our sandwiches looked like the items in the pictures and not just a sloppy slap dash meal. A serious thumbs up to everyone working here!! read more

This location has most definitely improved over the past year. We used to have a beach house on the Chester River years ago when the one thing you could count on from this place would be for it to be more miss than hit. Fast forward to now, whoever took over the reigns should proudly sport a cardboard crown because they have completely turned this place around. The staff goes above and beyond, friendly and welcoming and the food is not just hot and fresh to order but they get it right, the first time. Excellent fast service, all areas of the restaurant were very clean. Food was fresh and hot. Employees seemed to be hard working and were hustling to get people's orders to them fast and accurate. My burger was nicely prepared and wrapped, not just thrown together and the fries were cooked to perfection. I am very rarely impressed with fast food restaurants, needed something quick tonight and was not disappointed for once at a fast food restaurant! read more

Breakfast and lunch served at 10:30 Sundays. People there were nice, but someone should clean the dining room every now and then. I do BK about once a year, and the past 3 the fries have been different every time. Hope this is true next year because what they have now is terrible. read more

This is one of the best BKs in Maryland. The restaurant is extremely clean with an inviting dining area with cartoons on tv for the kids. The food is freshly prepared to order which can take a few minutes but it is worth the short wait. The staff is friendly and very professional. I always get veggie burger prepared to my taste with no mayo, no tomato and extra lettuce and 00ponions...and they consistently get it right. They even prepare chicken nuggets for me during their breakfast hours. I highly recommend this BK as a pleasant 5 star dining restaurant. read more

Nice size, but no different than any other fast food joint.

The coffee was OK, however the rest of the experience was deplorable. In the restaurant we waited 20 minutes for three value meals. Once we got the food, the hash browns were cold and the ciabatta sandwich had a rip in it's wrapping because it had sat there so long and either leaked through or got leaked on, I honestly could not tell. The croissant sandwich had egg that wasn't thoroughly cooked and was also cold. Terrible experience and won't be going there again. read more

When approaching the drive-thru, the operator advised that I "hold on a sec". 5 minutes later, he took my order, which I had to repeat 3 times. Upon pulling around to the window, the cashier (different person) advised the total was about $5 higher than quoted at the order window. When I advised that the order total was incorrect, she began yelling to her supervisor in some language that was not english. I cancelled the order, and did not give them a chance to screw up the order any further. Never again. read more

its a burger king! so this isn't a food or ambiance evaluation. this review is to thank the restaurant staff and manager for going above and beyond and their honesty. we made a late evening stop about a week ago for dinner on our way between virginia and delaware. upon completing our journey i realized i had left my purse at the burger king, probably on the seat next to me. I frantically called the restaurant number posted online. unfortunetly the call went to a spanish language answering machine. multiple calls went to the same voice mail. I put a block on the credit cards and drove back early the next morning. It was a different crew for the morning service, but after explaining the situation they called the night manager. my purse was safely locked away in the managers office and returned to me. the manager had looked through my purse for a phone number so it was a little jumbled. But, bottom line, nothing was missing. I offered the staff a reward which they refused. Excellent customer service . thank you un named manager and employees of the Kent Island Burger King. read more
