I tried almost every store on the island and even a few in Annapolis without satisfying my tastes... until I found this amazing little truck! The cold brew has a rich, full body feel and the flavor is deep yet mellow. Perfect for sipping as you walk or drive in the warm months. The woman that took my order was delightfully welcoming. I can't believe I only stopped by on my last day! I will surely be back if I'm ever staying nearby or driving through because the convenience of the drive through style is fantastic. The wait might be long if the cars in front of you have a large or complicated order but if you're not in a hurry it is worth it. Not super walkable though based on the location.

We were on the way to my friend's annual get together every year in late June at her family's eastern shore house near St. Michael's. Unfortunately, 2025 was the worst year for the trip for various reasons since I started going in 2016. My girlfriend drove us out there. I was done with my 1st week of chemo on that Friday. Of course traffic is horrible coming from Howard County (oncology office) on a Friday in the summer in the early afternoon. We got across the Bay Bridge, and I was monitoring traffic saying there was a major delay due to an accident just past Queenstown Outlet Mall. I suggested stopping to WiFi and get some coffee since we were both tired. Staff was friendly. Prices were pretty reasonable compared with most places in the DC-Baltimore area. I got some coffee drink, perhaps a dirty iced chai. Wow, this coffee shop beats almost any other in the BAWA area. I connected to their WiFi for maybe an hour to check my Fantasy baseball, emails, etc. But I was upset because I left my computer charger at the chemo chair. Traffic cleared up decently enough, and we left to go to Walmart in Easton to get a universal charger for my laptop. Unfortunately, my g/f car died in Easton, had to have towed to Annapolis, which was the start of what ended up being a bad weekend. Thankfully, my 3 rounds of chemo was a success. This annual trip in 2026 is almost guaranteed to be better. I'll need to revisit A Little Lovely Coffee House again, but this year's trip the timing will be too late.

Very crowded and lots of servers, bus people and workers. They were all moving around with great speed, carrying big trays full of food and constantly cleaning up after a table had been vacated. It was like watching some sort of massive choreographed musical number in a Broadway show. Almost every table was full when we arrived. Conservations and laughter rang throughout the restaurant all night. The activity added to the nice ambiance of the busy dining room. The food was very good. I started out with the half and half cream of crab/Maryland vegetable crab soup. Very good! Was it the best I have ever had? Probably not but it has nothing to be ashamed of. Okay, so maybe the thickening agent (flour?) was a bit heavy but I enjoyed the heck out of that soup nonetheless. I ate every drop and wished I had more! My main course was pecan crusted halibut. OMG fantastic! A huge piece of halibut that was perfectly cooked and presented. The sauce was delightfully sweet and savory at the same time. I loved that fish! You know what else I loved at Knoxie's Table? Sarah, our server! She was friendly, talkative, efficient, helpful and really nice to be around. From the moment Sarah introduced herself, she showed us just about the sweetest disposition of anyone I have ever met. And she was a great server on top of that! Usually, when we drive that far, we are headed to a destination restaurant with beautiful views of the Chesapeake, cool breezes off the water or something to remind ourselves that we are in a different place. Here, in Knoxie's Table, you could be anywhere. You are not on the water, there is no view of a dramatic sunset, you don't see flocks of seagulls agitating each other for a scrap of food. But you go to Knoxie's Table on the strength of the food and, in our case, the luck of having a wonderful server like Sarah. I will have other meals where I see the Chesapeake or smell the fresh air off the Bay. But I will never have a dining experience as perfect as the one I just had at Knoxie's Table. I highly recommend Knoxie's Table to one and all!
