Waiting just trying to order in lobby after 10+ minutes nothing so left this was second chance after cold food last time never coming back

Sunday evening around 5pm. Whopper cold,tough bun. Onion rings mushy and cold. Won't go back to this location

Not really the fault of the restaurant. They were trying to cover for down equipment, but the chicken nuggets weren't even worth the effort to try and eat them. The chicken little or the chicken wraps would have been a much better substitute for the whopper Jrs. Girl, taking the orders, didn't greet me, and then told me to hold on at the drive-through. I waited five minutes before I asked if she was ready she then acted like she was waiting on me. What a lazy and incompetent worker, I will never eat at this burger-king. Hire new workers! read more

The chicken nuggets tasted like they were cooked yesterday not happy at all and the service was completely ass

Went this morning to get 2 sausage biscuits and a large diet coke. Mind you on the menu the sausage biscuits are $1.69 a piece, so this person charged me for the biscuit sandwich which included egg and cheese and all i got was 2 sausage biscuits. Watch out here they give you the wrong stuff and over charge you. They need to shut this place down. I will never go here again. I hope people that are reading this will never go here. I warned you. Go to Mc Donalds alot better food and have the price and they treat you well. read more

We were given a raw chicken sandwich, it was take out so we didn't know until we were home eating. Burger King refunded our money for that meal but it was not enough. We won't be going back there for a very long time. The other sandwich was barely warm, I had to heat it up. I was craving Burger King and this location in particular can never get any order right so I went inside today. The guy at the front desk was awesome people person we had a nice conversation great guy the back of house staff messed up my order three times making burgers wrong missing multiple items, then I had to send the chicken fries back because they were rockhard and disgusting. I would not feed those to my four-year-old let alone my dog it was repulsive so finally I ended up getting all of my food basically remade and then I completely forgot I ordered a chicken sandwich and forgot to have them remake that so I got home my wife and my four-year-old were able to eat their dinner. Nice and warm while I was stuck with a rockhard chicken patty on my sandwich but at least my family got their food the way it was supposed to be prepared warm and fresh. I ended up throwing my chicken sandwich in the garbage and made pizza rolls. I will never come back to this location. I've been to this location probably 15 times and 14 times. My order has been wrong. I'm surprised they even have a two star rating. Let alone are still open. They need to fire everybody in that building besides the awesome guy at the front desk and start over or just close the doors, this place is a mess. Give me 100 K a year and I'll whip it in the shape. read more

Beyond disappointed with this restaurant. Burger King has always been my favorite place to eat. I moved back here from Arizona where the food was always prepared correctly, but now I am left speechless at the lack of service. I'm not sure what is going on here, but there should be some kind of competency assessment before taking/working on orders. I'm not asking for much when I order a whopper with cheese, extra Mayo and lettuce. God forbid I ask for extra lettuce cos they will give me less! Not sure if it's a staffing issue or management, but something needs to change. I hope these issues are being addressed. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I just experienced the worst thing I have ever eaten. I thought the commercial looked ok, and I'd be getting a small burger patty or something like their burgers, in the new 1$ taco. How bad could it be? So I ordered 5. Took one bite, had to throw it away. Tasted like bean mush. The shell was small, cold, and tough. Practically nothing else inside, like that would help. I hesitated stopping here at 1030 pm as there were no cars in the drive thru. I usually go to McDonald's. Now I wish I would have gone to McDonald's. I ordered the Whopper meal. When I got home to eat, the burger was cold as if it was made earlier and placed in the refrigerator. Hamburger Patty was cooked earlier. It was cold and old. Pitiful! Absolutely the worst service....came here on sunday at 5pm,ordered a dbl chzburger , 10 piece nugget and 1.00 frozen orange drink.paid 4.64. Got home 1 single chz burger and my nuggets only had 8 instead of 10 and only 1 barbq sauce for the nuggets....McDonald's gives you 2 for a 10 piece.you cant get what you pay for at this burger king...I will contacting corporate because this crappy service happens all the time. read more

We arrived at this location around 1:45 am, and when we pulled up to the speaker box, the employee informed us that their fryers were down and they were closing down the store in five minutes. We took a minute to message the people at home that we were buying for to accommodate our order to the problem. The employee at the window was leaning out of the window and impatiently stared us down as we decided, all of which only took literally one minute. There was vomit on the bathroom floor some guy comes running in the bathroom and cuts in line to the urnal and just let the biggest fart out. It sounded like he shit himself and then runs out of the bathroom and starts yelling at the employees that he has to shit and he can't because there's vomit on the floor and there was crazy people everywhere. Horrible service. My husband & I went in on a Sunday night at 9. We were the only people in line inside the restaurant & there was 1 car at the drive thru. There were 4 or 5 people working there. We were told by 4 of them that someone would be with us to take our order. After 5 minutes of waiting & after the 4th worker told us someone would take our order we left. Don't go here if you only have 30 minutes for a lunch break at work. Everytime I have stopped at this location in the last two weeks they are super slow when you go through the drive-thru. I only have 30 minutes for my lunch break at work and decided to go here for lunch (at about 1:45) there were little to no lines in the drive-thru and still it took 20 minutes to get to my food. And if you want your food done right then I suggest you go do a different place to eat. Also the management is super rude as well as most of the staff. In my opinion they really need to clean house and get rid of most of the people at this location. read more

Stopped here on the way to Canada for a veggie burger and onion rings. The service was just fine. All the employees were hustling as there was a lot of customers. Actually it's very rare that I've seen a "busy as McDonalds" Burger King. But the food came up quick and hot and exactly the way I ordered it. I have no complaints about this one. read more

The food is fine. But the place is completely unsanitary. I lost my appetite in the middle of eating because of how disgusting it was. Underneath the drink and condiment table was a pile of trash and old food. Half of it I couldn't even recognize because it was all rotten and gross. The floors clearly hadn't been mopped in days and the bathroom smelled terrible. I feel like I need to take a shower after just being in there. I can't imagine what the play place is like.
