This silky buttery taste with a touch of salt leaves me salivating for more (like, 3 more). I ate 2 plain and two with jelly when I got home. MMMMMMMMMMMMM child! That special seasoning makes them taste very nice. The Mashed Potatoes comes with this crazy dope cajun gravy, which I would f'ing bathe in. Sir Mix-a-Lot's chick isn't the only one Red Beans & Rice didn't miss, because I smashed HARDCORE on that side homies! And what about the Macaroni & Cheese? You know I took that bitch home and got funky fresh all night. But I didn't leave the Canjun Rice alone. Oh no, I brought the two together for a few bites of an exquisite 3-way. DOPE. That leaves the Onion Rings - killer home-style flour and spices. The Green Beans with Turkey Bacon? Awww shit son, you KNOW that's my new dude. The Cole Slaw was crisp yet tangy, and was a perfect compliment to the seafood and fowl. The only side I didn't love was the Jambalaya, which was still tasty as hell, but didn't blow me away. Also, the Chicken Tenders were super chill, especially when I brought my dip game to the table, throwing the tenders into a chilled BBQ, Buffalo and Sweet Heat sauces. So, why give it only four (4) starts? Well, let me put it like this - I don't know exactly what Louisiana fast is, but if it's supposed to be expeditious it most certainly is not.
