An absolutely horrible experience EVERY time I visit. Today, I went there, ordered two plant-based burgers and had to wait behind the line before I was summoned to the window. That is the way they give the allusion that they service the customers in a timely manner. It wouldn't bother me so much if my food was hot when I got it. This was the absolute worst customer service I've ever received. Not only did I need to wait at least 20 minutes to make an order, the cashier was disrespectful and rude! First, he told me a posted 2 for $10 was not available, then he tried to charge me for a slice of cheese! It's super slow! 15 minutes to get a burger and nuggets. You can't exit the drive thru because you're are barricaded in.

The service here is so bad. I tried to order a shake and the guy lied and said that they don't have any shakes but they obviously do. He also gave me attitude about what condiments I wanted on my whopper. I pull up to the window and the girl doesn't say a word to me or even look at me, just sticks her hand out for me to give her my card. I leave the drive thru and sure enough they put every single condiment on my burger when I specifically said what I wanted and was given attitude for. I understand working in the food industry sucks, I work in it as well, but it's not that hard to just be decent to your customers and provide the service you should. read more

An Awful Experience!! This was an awful experience. I'm not referring to the food quality. The food was typical Burger King. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. I pulled up at the drive thru window and I was greeted by a disgruntle employee. I tried to make the situation better by greeting her with a huge "HELLO". She rolled her eyes, twisted her lips and her body language was offensive. I proceeded to ask for the manager. The manager did not say that she would address this situation with the employee later. This is the worst Burger King ever!!!! Their system is always going down, I have been there twice and it has happen both those times! The first time it came back up when I was still at the speaker but the girl failed to say so and I come to the window and she says I can't take orders at the window, come back around so I can sit in line another 30 mins, I asked for the number to corporate and she gave me a fake number!
